I take my daughter here for orthodontics services and are super pleased with their services! The front desk people, orthodontist and technicians are very efficient, friendly and helpful. They aways have a smile and good attitude when I come in.

I met Rachel Valdez at numerous community events and she introduced me to her employer, Crescent Dental in San Marcos. I was way past my regularly scheduled time frame to make the trip. I don't think anyone looks forward to this?

I made an appointment for an exam and cleaning. Everyone at the office was great! Quick, easy, and reasonably priced (I don't have dental coverage on my insurance plan). I was surprised that they do not have techs perform the cleaning; the Doc actually does it! This made me feel better because I have had some bad, painful experiences in the past. Dr. T took care of everything and I was on my way.

On the way out I scheduled my next appointment and couldn't wait to tell my wife about my great visit to the dentist!?! That is truly a conversation that I never imagined having with anyone.

So, if you avoid the dentist like I normally do, be assured that you will be taken care of. Bite the bullet and make the call. If you chip a tooth on the bullet they can repair it for you!

They were very busy but efficient, friendly and professional. It was my first time there. Simple X-rays and 6 month cleaning. I’ll be back!

Get experience. Easy and would highly recommend.

I used to hate going to the dentist. Well, I still do but Crescent Dental in San Marcos makes the experience less taxiing. I highly recommend this place out of all the dentists I’ve tried.

I have been with crescent dental for almost two years. every time I come in for my braces, everyone is always so genuinely nice! Awesome place! Plus I always love the movies they play while I'm waiting! Very kid friendly :)

I wish that I could give this place no stars. We planned on taking my daughter to crescent for her 1st dentist appointment which she was super excited about. My wife setup an appointment, and filled out all of the insurance paperwork online 2 days in advance of the appointment. We were told to be there 15 minutes early to finish paperwork. When we arrive early as instructed we run into a locked door with a sign saying they are in a meeting and won't be back till 2 which is the time of our appointment. So we wait the 15 minutes outside in the hot June sun. Not a great start, but we deal with it. When we are let in we are told that they have to call our insurance, and get everything setup with our insurance and it would take a couple hours! They have had our insurance information for 2 days and did ZERO with it. Instead they want to make us come in and wait 2 hours while they get it setup. Which we cant do since we had another appointment in an hour and a half. When I ask why we weren't notified I was told the appointment was made online, but they tried to call us twice, and left a VM. When I asked what number they called they provided the correct number for my wife, but guess what no VM. She then says well 1 time it said the mailbox was full. Guess what mailboxes don't fill up from 2 messages which is what my wife had neither from Crescent. I have since reviewed my phone records with my wireless provider, and guess what again no indication that they ever tried to reach out to us. Even though the office staff was super rude, and continually stood their ground stating they left a message even though I kept presenting evidence to the contrary. When I asked to speak to a supervisor She was even more rude then the front desk girl, and even though she said sir, and tried to act polite it was in that condescending I'm too good to actually try to help you attitude. When I commented on us having to wait outside after being instructed to be 15 minutes early the supervisor says "There was a sign" Not even an apology, and if you know that you have a meeting then don't tell people to come in when you know you wont be open. I've worked in Customer Service for more then 15 years and if my front office staff treated my customers the way that these girls did they would be out of a job. Bottom line maybe they have great dentists, but ill never know after my experience with the office staff at Crescent I will be taking my disappointed toddler to the next closest in network dentist 20 minutes down the road in New Braunfels, and wont think twice about it. Do yourself a favor skip the headache of dealing with this terrible office staff!

I changed to Crescent Dental after I met Rachel Valdez. She was most convincing!
Rachel is active in the Chamber of Commerce of which I am also involved. Just about every time I turn around, Rachel is there. She certainly is a good representative of Crescent Dental. I have also referred several of my family members to Crescent Dental. The dentists there are awesome! I am rambling - just want you guys to know that Rachel Valdez does a wonderful job promoting everything that is Crescent Dental!

Crescent Dental is awesome! I'm currently a student at Texas State University and have a crazy schedule. Crescent Dental is great at working around it. I have one of the best orthodontist in town, Dr. Mayha Farnia. The staff of Crescent Dental is great too! They do a great job in keeping their customers first from the moon and back. If you are looking for great dental care, great customer service, and a fun filled environment to bring your kids as well as a student friendly place to go, I would recommend stopping on in.

Rachel Valdez makes Crescent Dental shine where ever she goes. In fact, she speaks so highly of all the staff and of the high quality level of care guests can expect there, I have referred several friends and family to Crescent. Whether it be on the clock at any of the number of events she attends on a weekly basis or during the times she is with her family, Crescent is always her highest priority. Through all her activities, the very broad net she has cast, will benefit Crescent for years to come and even more importantly, the dental health of the community they so professionaly serve.
