FLOSS dental is hands down the best dental care office you will find in Sugarland. When I walked in I was greeted with a warm smile from Amanda and friendly conversation while I waited. She made me feel at ease. My hygienist, Blyss always does a great job cleaning my teeth and addressing my concerns. As always Dr. Patel is always so upbeat and friendly! One of the only dentists I have ever used that actually cares enough to ask how I’m doing. In fact, his entire team are this friendly as well! Jordan was helpful and friendly assisting me with my payment and setting up my next appointment. Go see Dr. Patel and his team at FLOSS! You won’t be disappointed.

Floss offers a great experience and I enjoy going to get my regular cleanings there. The ladies in the front office are friendly and welcoming with quick and easy check in and check out. The environment is comfortable and cozy. Every hygienist I’ve seen has been friendly and offered great feedback and suggestions. Dr. Patel is awesome and very personable as well. I’m in and out within an hour or less in most cases. I highly recommend Floss!

I love coming to Dr. Patel's office. He is just so amazing, honest, caring and really explains everything. Blyss is the beautiful young lady that I always love to go to. She is just so patient and caring. She will take all the time you need and makes sure that I'm not in any pain. Love this office and the staff.

This was my first appointment and visit to Floss. My experience was beyond my expectations.
Before I was taken care of, I was given a short tour and insight of the facility.
First, the Receptionists were very welcoming and helpful.
Second, Bliss, the Hygienist who took care of me, is pleasant and has a gentle touch. She provided me info on which areas I have to give more attention to avoid bone loss. This was helpful.
Third, Dr. Patel was welcoming and has a pleasant personality. He briefly explained to me the results of my X Rays, etc.
Overall I give FLOSS a thumbs up on this first visit.

I saw a different dentist a couple of weeks before and they did not inspire confidence in me. I saw this office down the street from my office and thought I would check them out and get a second opinion. I am SO glad I came in. The office staff was friendly and actually talked to me and walked me through everything. Dr. Patel showed me my xrays on the big screen and explained everything in better detail. I would 100% recommend this office for anyone who values open and honest communication about their dental health.

Dr Patel is fantastic! He has a great personality and his gentle nature will put anyone at ease. He even volunteered to mentor my teenager who is interested in becoming an orthodontist, and she was instantly comfortable with him and his staff and had a terrific experience.
His staff members are friendly and competent, from the front-desk employees to the hygienists. The office is clean and inviting with current equipment and technology.

I went in for a routine cleaning and was told I needed a deep cleaning and laser therapy. It would have been $2500 out of pocket. I refused it until at least July when my insurance works kick in (still $2000!) and they refused to clean my teeth. A wasted hour and then refusal of the service I had scheduled. I got a second and third opinion and indeed I don’t need a “deep cleaning” according to the two other professionals. (In addition if I were to need it their price was substantially different.) One dentist knew right away I’d been to Floss as apparently this is the mode of operation there. I don’t have great dental insurance but Floss accepted it and now I know why. They just want to sell you incessant services. The hygienists should stick to cleaning teeth and leave a sales career elsewhere. In addition Dr. Patel was in my mouth for less than 30 seconds but spent 5 minutes just chatting. Nice strategy to make someone feel comfortable and believe you but it didn’t work here. I’ve filed complaints with my insurance and the dental board.

Ive been to this dental office several times for routine cleanings. The hygienist there, Blyss, is super gentle and patient. Shes very knowledgeable about her career and explains everything well. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The place is super hip and modern. Everything is kept super clean. I would definitely recommend going here for any of your dental needs.
