I had been going there for the past five years, but, after my last visit I will be looking for a new dentist. During my last visit the assistant started pictures, I think, of each tooth, after taking the initial x-rays. She never told me what she was doing or checked to see if this was covered by my insurance. After she got half way through my mouth I made her stop. In the five years I have gone their I have never had an issue wit my teeth. All of a sudden I have all of these issues. Also, my wife is a retired hygienist who cleaned my teeth for years and was shocked when I told her about my experience. When I spoke with the dentist he informed me that if I keep up with my six month cleanings I will not have any problems. I will be keeping up with my cleanings but not at Floss. I am done with that place.

Great Experience! The staff and dentists at FLOSS Dental - Sugar Land are very friendly. They properly explained me the dental procedure before performing it. I have always been nervous before visiting the dentist, but I felt relaxed and confident when I visited here for the first time.

Very nice dental office. Staff were very caring and understanding of my sensitive gums, they put numbing gel on before the cleaning, making my experience much more pleasant. I have quite a bit of work to have done, but they gave me options and plans. If you need a dental office, come here

I appreciate the service at Floss very much. They are very welcoming and curtious. They are very honest and don’t try to use selling or scare tactics to try to get you to do extra work on your teeth that is not needed. I’ve been to many other dentists that their goal is to get you to feel like there is something wrong with your teeth and you need to spend a lot of money doing work that truthfully is not even a real issue. I feel that here they have put me at ease reassuring me that everything is well and they truly put the patients need first rather than seeing how much money they can make out a a person. Dr. Patel is very personable and genuine. I appreciate he takes the time to talk to you and get to know you a bit. I am grateful that I can walk into my appointment with confidence and trust in the service and care I will receive.
