Let me preface this review by saying I can't stand going to the dentist. So much so that I hadn't been to the dentist in about 9 years. Long story short, I came across this office through a friend of mine and I cannot speak enough great things about my experience here. Dr. Patel, Kelsey, Jordan, Bliss, Ysenia, among a few others really made my experience what it was. They carried themselves in a professional manner, made sure I was taken care of, and offered the lowest prices I had found around the whole Houston area.
Thank you to Dr. Patel and his staff. I cannot thank y'all enough!
EDIT: Can't forget about Amanda upfront too! She was extremely friendly and always helpful.

The staff and doctors at Floss are awesome! As a SAHM I typically need to bring my 2 yr old with me to appointments- and I’ve had three appointments recently that he has attended. Everyone at Floss has warmly welcomed us, from Amanda at the front desk to the hygienists and of course Dr. Vi- they were all super accommodating and sweet. But that’s not even the best part- my teeth look amazing! Dr. Vi made such a huge difference in my smile, she replaced my lateral incisors (they were small even with bonding before) with veneers and shaped up my two front teeth. She was very open to my opinion as she worked through the process and made sure I was happy. Needless to say- I am super impressed with Floss and highly recommended!

Every time I've been here they've been really quick and professional. I go in my lunch hour so very, very convenient. On my first visit Dr. Patel talked me through my X-ray results and let me know the best things to do. The dental assistants are very gentle (I am a wuss so this is important to me). A very nice experience. I definitely recommend.

My family and I have always had good experiences here. The office is nice and clean, the staff is friendly and helpful and the dental work has always been very good. We've always been seen promptly, no waiting long past appointment times. They have a TV at every chair, too, which helps with kids. My only gripes are having to use a parking garage (you can park in front of the office along the street if you have a really early appointment and/or get lucky) and that they seem to have trouble making sure appointment availability is updated properly on ZocDoc.

I did not have to wait.
I arrived a little early and was immediately greeted and helped.
The equipment was clean and proper technique was used by all the staff.
Dr. Vi Nguyen was excellent at checking my teeth and very intelligent.
If you want an expert dentist and clean facility, come here.
I was calm and comfortable, eager to come back for my follow up in 6 months.
The reason why I cannot give a perfect score is my experience with the insurance and billing afterward.
On 3 occasions 8/27/2019, 8/28/2019, and 9/24/2019 I was told by billing that "I don't know" or "we don't bill that way."
I wish the audio was actually reviewed, to find the true conversation, because today, the lies I heard caused me to write this somewhat negative review on an otherwise excellent dental experience.

When I arrived five years ago to this country and to the city of Sugarland, I stayed at the Marriott hotel for a month and FLOSS was the closest dentist to me. I decided to give it a try because the offices were clean and very elegant and the reviews were fantastic. After one single appointment for myself, my husband and my kids I never had to look for another dentist or orthodontist ever again. The latest equipment, the best staff and both doctors are amazing and they know what they are doing. They look for what's most convenient and they have a passion to make us look our best.
