Dr Lasseter is really cool and funny and great at her job. Hygienist/Dental Assist Kim is also first rate. Great experience and easy to work with on payments/insurance so far. Plan to keep going here!

I absolutely love this dentist office! This week was my first experience there and everyone was so friendly, professional and competent.
I was sure that I had something serious going on and would need major dental work. So relieved to find that it was just a minor issue. Dr. Lassetter really put me at ease and I highly recommend her and her team at Heart of Texas Smiles! Also, they have a cool pendulum sand art bowl at the check in desk that is fun to play with.

Simply put, the best customer service from a professional of any type I have ever received. Last night, my crown on my front tooth cracked and fell out. At 945 pm, I called the emergency line for HOT Smiles and the Doctor herself called me back within minutes and offered an 8 am appointment the next morning. By 10 am of that day, I had a new porcelain crown made, installled, and was out the door without the need of a follow up appointment. Dr. Lassetter and her staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. Thank you all for treating me like a VIP.

Regina is a wonderful dental hygienist! I had to reschedule at the last minute & was worked into the schedule the next day! Very accommodating. Dr. Cobb will work with you to if you are paranoid about dental work.

Dr Lassetter is by far the best dentist I have been to. I’m not a huge fan of dentists (nothing against them personally). I went in today to have a root canal and the entire process was not what I had expected, which was a pleasant surprise. She explained the process to me before we started and it was over much sooner that I thought with minimal discomfort. Not that I ever want another root canal, but if I ever have to get one, I will most certainly go back to Heart of Texas Smiles.

Easy scheduling including calling us if an opening comes up sooner. Amazing dental hygienists that are very personable and remember the conversations we had from prior visits.
