Very good experience at Beacon Dental! Best I’ve ever had at a dentist office. All the staff is courteous, helpful, and make you feel welcome. I was called back for my appointment at the scheduled time, and everything was explained very thoroughly during my appointment. Highly recommend Beacon, especially for those who get dental anxiety.

This is, by far, the best dentist I have ever found. Everyone in the office is kind, caring, and helpful. I have some fears related to dentists and they listened and were concerned and were so helpful. They promptly return phone calls and work with any situations that come up with compassion. You matter to them, and it shows. It is a welcoming, clean, warm environment. I'm so glad to have found them!

My appointment is always at/or very close to the scheduled time. Lauren, my Dental Hygienist is thorough in the treatment she provides and knowledgeable when any questions arise. The Dentists also check you out when you come in for cleaning and coordinate with the Hygienist on any changes or findings during their treatment of the patient. Entire staff is very friendly and efficient.

When I started coming to this office in 1997, Dr. Novak was my dentist and Lorie was my hygienist. They are just as amazing today as they were then. Over the years, the office has grown, and the values and integrity of the staff have remained the same.
I have seen Dr. Johannsen and other hygienists (Lauren, Jana, and Leslie) on several occasions and each one of them are so great. They are like family. There are so many others to name, but the entire group (including the front office ladies and the assistants) is unmatched at patient care and just "doing the right thing". Beyond great patient care, they are positive, upbeat, and fun. My family and I look forward to our dental visits every 6 months and I wouldn't recommend another dental office.

As good as an experience can be at the dentist! Very professional staff. They are very friendly and efficient. Lauren was my hygienist and she was great. Dr. Novak was very personable and even called after hours to make sure my experience was good.

I am so glad I found Beacon Dentistry!! I was able to get an appointment quickly and my tooth pain was addressed less than 24 hrs later. I waited less than 5 min both times and the staff were friendly. The best thing I appreciated about this was no one tried to push me into treatments I neither wanted nor truly needed!!! They may be on the upper side of cost, but you really do get what you pay for. It was worth every penny!
Big shout out to Erika for giving me an accurate estimate, Kirsti, who was attentive and gentle getting my exam x-rays, Elisa who was an awesome assistant with my root canal and crown, and especially Dr. Novak who just performed the fastest, least painful root canal I have ever had - Thank you!!!

My son had a great first experience! I had a lot of traumatic experiences as a kid with my childhood dentist, so I’m super picky about where my kiddos go. That being said, the entire office was fantastic! Basically no wait, the front staff was very friendly and to the point, and the hygienist was amazing! I probably had more nerves than my son, but she did a great job keeping both of us distracted. And the dentist was great too! My son was cavity free and loved all of it, especially the dollar he got at the end! We will be back regularly!

I just went in for a cleaning but unexpectedly needed to have an additional service done and they were able to fit me into their schedule to have it done within 30 min. Very pleased with their customer service and kindness!! Best dentist office ever!

Great Visit. Dr. Johanson filled my tooth where a filling had come out at no charge! Alyse(don’t think that’s how you spell her name) is one of my favorite dental assistants at Beacon Dentistry! We always have a great visit talking as fast as we can until my next visit! 🤣❤️
