Loved the office staff very professional and friendly. Dr. Guess was wonderful. Thanks to all for getting me in so quickly. Glad to have found my new dentist office in Wichita Falls. Dental appointments can be stressful MLDC makes you feel at ease.

Update 7 Sept 2021. Periodic cleaning and screening for Oral problems: Still Five Stars! I received a clean bill of health and told I am doing good with crowns and gums by Dr Guess. The dental hygenist said I was keeping it all clean! That means the work they did and instructions they gave were successfully communicated and followed😁👍. This is a "top-notch" facility and the professional family oriented care is unmatched.

In particular I appreciate them telling me about any procedures,, what to expect, what they are doing and why. Thereby making me a member of their team! The LASER in the office title is real. They use it to heal gums and keep bad bacteria at bay. Everyone is friendly and personable, you don't feel so much like you're in an office, it's more as you feel like you're visiting friends!

I just had my front top teeth crowned by Dr. Guess at the MLDC, and I'm very happy with several aspects of that event.

I am not a person concerned with my appearance, this was a solution for grinding and problems we could foresee with previous work wearing out. The reason I'm posting this is because the experience was so very much different from what I anticipated.

Without getting into any details - the process was very pleasant. I know - how could that be? But it was, it was planned, explained and executed in a professional and relaxing manner. Because they told me what it was, what to expect and how long to expect the process to take, I was an informed participant. If your idea of dentistry is from the last century, you really owe it to yourself to try the modern experience at the Maplewood Laser Dental Clinic, ( I know, Lasers ...right?) Here's why.

The staff is very well trained and the process seemed like it was almost choreographed . They answered any questions I had and explained what and why. That is a very reassuring point to be made. They want to make sure you understand what is going on and why. You are not just something that needs to be worked on. You are an integral part of the process of restoring your smile to the way it is supposed to be!

While I am not concerned about my appearance - I am constantly getting comments, especially from my wife, on how good my teeth look. Additionally I really enjoy them very much, hence the motivation for this post. I wanted to Thank you and your staff for your time and talents and professionalism. It really was a pleasant experience. I am very happy and proud of the fine work you and your staff did.

The best staff ever! Love going to the dentist now because these professionals are wonderfully knowledgeable and super friendly. I have had extensive reconstruction that was awesome. I love my beautiful teeth!

My husband, my children and I have gone here for years. You couldn't ask for a better staff. They are always so helpful and willing to work with our crazy schedules! This is the only dentist my 14 and 11 year old have ever known and they never complain about going!

Going to Maplewood Laser Dental Clinic is always an informative experience for me! I had to have a little 'pep talk' as well, but I definitely leave feeling better and always feel treated as though I were a queen!! This office is of the highest quality and I always receive A+ treatment!!

Every person I spoke with was so friendly and professional. The dr was super nice and informative making sure I had all of my questions answered. This was my first visit, however I have to say they are a class act! I would recommend them highly.
