Everyone is professional and super friendly!!! Beautiful office and CLEAN. I didn't feel rushed through the process. Dr. K asked questions about my concerns and actually listened to me. She gave me options on treatment plans and helped me decide what was best for me. They even made sure my insurance would cover my treatment and discussed it with me. đź‘ŤThe overall experience was great!!! My only regret is that I didn't get to them sooner.

Had made several appointments all of which were canceled due to insurance issues on their end. It was explained to me that the dr was trying to get certified for the insurance we had. I would not have been aware of unless I had called to reschedule the week of. We saw them before with the same insurance, not sure what happened there. The only one they kept was my daughter’s. She had a chipped tooth and got it fixed there but the filling fell out twice. When my daughter went in to get it replaced the second time, the facility was closed. I had the appointment confirmed twice. Not sure what happened. Also, no one answers the phone and no one returns phone calls. I had to call several times to get a hold of them. Not sure what is going on. Sadly, we will be taking our business elsewhere.

Update when asked to send my records toy new dentist they lied and said they did when they know that they did not so my new dentist has to start the process over again because value did not want to coroperate with them . The dentist and the ladies at the front desk was rude not only to me also to my boyfriend. The ladies at the front desk are not helping patients when they both want to yell at the paitents and families over the phone . Everyone was in a agreement with a set price which was $109 then steleda jumped if to $400 then when i got to the office they told me that they would honnor the $109 then they said that they tried to call which is a lie i had no phone call from them . Then jill said that she would have to fix my insurance no i contacted my insurance and explained everything to them months ago . They are trying to take $300 for a build up and crown out of my insurance without the procedure being done thankfully my insurance denied the payment because the work was not done .also they changed my appointment and tried to say my boyfriend changed it and that is not true. They lie and they do not care about patients.
