Just had a cracked molar extracted today. I have to admit, i was very nervous about this procedure. With that said, everything went well. My experience was very nice. I felt little too no pain during the procedure and all went well. I highly recommend this office for your dental needs. The dentist and her assistants are extremely nice and are also great with kids.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE IF THEY FEAR THE DENTIST. THEY WILL SIMPLY RESCHEDULE YOU AFTER WAITING IN THE LOBBY FOR OVER 30mins. My son doesn’t like the dentist so instead of making his comfortable all you can say is we are going to have to reschedule. It never fails. I work a full time job where I’m needed also. So sorry if my kid isn’t your priority. This is the worst place in Wichita Falls I’ve ever been to.

Very unprofessional the Doctor was Late and the hygienist who cleaned my teeth did in a rush and didn't feel like my teeth were cleaned professionally and didn't even floss my teeth the Doctor didnt fully examined my teeth or gums she was in a huge rush. I asked about whitening my teeth and the price is ridiculous high $400.00 that is stupidly high. I font think I will go back to see that Doctor or to the office again.

Dentist Was Amazing. The Dentist assistant or nurse was awful to me. Didn't even clean me up after three extractions, and after the Dentist told her to. Never gave me instructions on after care. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THE GAS. TOTAL WASTE.

I really like the staff. They try to make your visit as pleasant as possible and they are really patient with you. I love the way they explain things to children as well as the parent so everyone understands. This office is great!!

Dr. Richard Lee snd his staff are great! I cracked my tooth and needed to get in pretty fast. They squeezed me in within a day. I havé major dentist amxiety and with major work done, it was elevated. He and his staff were gentle, caring and kept me informed throughout the root canal and crown process. I have found a new family dentist with Dr. Richard Lee.
