Great dentist! Dr. Dana Tievsky was wonderful.
Had a great experience with front desk staff, dentist and hygienist. Went ahead and booked a cleaning for my wife too! I dread trying to find a new dentist as I've had many bad experiences, this place rocks.

Fillings should last years! My filling, They did, fell out less than 6 months. I notified them what happened and I needed it filled in again, they set an appointment for me. Once at the appointment they said they couldn’t do it That day and I’d have to come back, so why waste my time of moving my schedule around. Not only that, they won’t cover it! Their faulty work and they wasn’t me to pay a second time?!?!? No thanks, don’t waste you time and money there!

Staff and dentist were friendly. They explained what was going on and made sure I didn’t have any concerns. I’ll be going back in 6 months.

Such a wonderful experience at this dental office super nice staff as well as very professional my daughter was extremely nervous about going in for her first dental appointment but they did so good with her that she actually enjoyed being there and wants to go back lol couldn't have asked for a better experience for me or my family I would highly recommend to anyone

I felt very comfortable. I was nervous. I felt like they staff treated me very well ! ?’s answered to where I felt like I was treated with respect . It is really a nice office very clean. 100 percent happy with dental work today. I had to have a crown removed and replaced with temporary crown today. Dr Dana Tievsky is super nice. Staff is super nice and professional. Very pleased! Hated to leave my old dentist but insurance changed. Plus he’s about to retire. Time for change. They play good music! And movies to watch while they work on you . Very hgh tech . My grandaughter s would like the music and the movies .Lol! This office rocks . Thanks Archstone Dental staff.

They were very friendly, professional, understanding, and fit me in within hours of talking to them.

I choose this dentist due to terrific reviews, however minimal time was spent with the MD and a staff dental hygienist diagnosed a treatment plan along with the office manager after X-rays and pocket evaluation was completed.. I was told a specialized treatment was indicated - I had “ periodontal disease “ and oh No ‘ Did you know”?? it’s bad ! Thus - My teeth could not be cleaned- and I hadn’t even seen the MD yet !!!???!!
I professed I’m here to get my teeth cleaned and do not want any other service - I would leave if I can’t get my teeth cleaned! The hygienist then stated she needed permission to do it and would sent in the MD - the MD presented with a student, I assume - never asked permission if I was ok - checked my teeth stating i no cavities and asked me if I had pain ?
I said NO all I wanted was my teeth cleaned ! She turned and said ok and she would get the hygienist????
No discussion my bad diagnosis? No periodontal explanation! No medical opinion that I could not get my teeth cleaned !!!! Did she even know what happened ? I was appalled.
The physician clearly does not run this practice!
The office has no privacy or implementation of patient privacy precautions in place!
Prior to being seen - sitting in the empty waiting room I overheard the office manager speaking with my insurance company requesting a detailed coverage printout - I heard the whole conversation- HIPPA ? Obviously the hygienist knew I had Medicare PPO coverage- it makes sense now because she was asking me about my insurance- ? if I have used it before ?
Everything inside me said to run …
But I politely stayed compliant and my teeth were polished first … then the plaque was removed ? Backwards protocol for sure - but I said nothing
Upon leaving - I made another appointment - proper procedure was to complete a cancer screening or a fluoride treatment after cleaning???
I am a healthcare administrator running multiple huge practices in multiple states, I was appalled by this poor dentistry standard of non-excellence! I expect honesty and a compassionate commitment to patient care - I did not get that unfortunately for the dentist - do not wish to return.
I will not be a medicare victim simply because you want to bill my insurance for unwarranted services! My dentist who I have gone to for 30 years - whom I just saw in March would never let a hygienist ruin his practice with a misdiagnosis resulting in losing a potential patient! My dentist is also a professor in the dental school - I have been treated with all new technologies and expert care and obviously have aging teeth … and they are in perfect condition for my age! Well taken care with expertise !

I am really disappointed this happened to me - It would have been so nice to find a new dentist in Texas ! Please do better and return to your professional ethics commitment - it is a business but you don’t have to present a treatment plane BEFORE seeing the provider ! It is not professional and patients will be disappointed and not return.

This place is awesome !! The people there are the kindest and most professional! Tracey helped me through the process and calmed my nerves and got me through my treatment ! Amazing dentist and staff ! Highly recommend!

We were taken back for to the appointment promptly and treated with respect and given excellent care. Everyone was friendly and courteous. I would recommend this office to a friend.

The people who work at Archstone Dental are very nice and efficient. I don't need to spend a lot of wasted time there. I really don't mind going to the dentist when the people are as nice as those at Archstone Dental.
