I was told I needed two root canals on teeth that I wasn't experiencing any pain. I didn't feel like my TMJ symptoms were addressed so I tried a different dentist. The new dentist was very surprised that I was told I needed root canals--he showed me on the film that they were just cavities and not anywhere near the root yet. This saved me lots of money and discomfort. Makes me wonder if the root canal they did on my husband (on a tooth that also had no pain) was unnecessary. The new dentist also had to redo one of the fillings that Elite had done just a couple years prior--not sure if that happens often or is a sign of faulty work, but I wasn't happy about that either. The positive at this office was that I liked how they were very clear about the treatment plans and how much it was going to cost (even if the treatment plan was overly aggressive...) and that there didn't seem to be very long waiting room times the handful of times I went.

Insurance didn't run through for my appointment so they gave me a huge "new patient" discount once they found out about my bill. Overall, a more than satisfactory experience.
