My experience at Total Care Dental was AWESOME! Everyone there is so nice and are genuinely concerned about your needs and what makes you comfortable. I had Dr. Coles work on my teeth and it was the most comfortable I have been at a dentist. I strongly recommend everyone to go to Total Care Dental it was a great experience. You will not be disappointed.

I appreciate the friendly and warm service that is provided by every member of the Total Care Dental team - from the people at the front desk to the dentists. I have always had high anxiety about dental visits and through their care, I have been able to get to a point where I only have a little bit of anxiousness. They never push beyond what I feel I can do. Highly recommend to anyone!

We have been going to Total Care Dental for over 20 years. They make going to the dentist almost fun π . They really care. Dr. Michelle Jorgenson has created a dental practice unique from most others. They offer natural options and alternative ideas to give you the most choices for your individual needs. They offer many βstate-of-the-artβ procedures. I am confident they will be meeting our family dental needs for a long time.

Amazing experience. The staff was super knowledgeable. Dr. Jorgensen is amazing to work with. I love the wholistic approach to dentistry. They treat all of me not just my teeth. I love it.

Seriously impressed with this dentistry. Dentist offices aren't a place you normally expect to enjoy, much less excited to talk about. These guys are doing it right. The best dentistry I've literally ever experienced.
The staff were fantastic, and not just a select few. You can tell they have spent a lot of focus building a culture, and a family where they all value and appreciate eac culture family really comes through in spades to their clientele.
It's like that really happy family you knew as a kid who you always enjoyed hanging out with just because they were so cool and fun to spend time around.
The office space reminded me more of a spa feeling than a dentist office, but not over the top. You can tell they pay attention to the details, and their approach to dentistry and total health reflects the same.
So happy we found such a quality dentistry solution so close to our new home. Even if we lived out of the county, I'd make the drive just because I don't know if I could find a better office... unless they open an extention office!
You won't be disappointed.

My first experience at Total Care Dental was very welcoming, however I did have a delay from when my appointment was scheduled to when I actually started my appointment. It wasn't to long of a wait, but as a first time patient I believe timing is everything. Since, I have started a very particular treatment and I am very satisfied with how things are going and I feel I would highly recommend their services to anyone. The staff is very friendly and my appointments have been prompt.

This is the happiest dentist's office I have ever been in. They are always glad to see me, they ask after my husband and pets. They always seem to be in a good mood. I often hear laughter ringing from the exam rooms while I'm in the waiting area. They have never hassled me about my lax oral hygiene. They put everything in a positive way. I feel they care about me and my comfort.
I have a friend who has had some very bad experiences with dentists and they've shown him how very gentle and considerate they are. There is a TV in every room, you can watch a movie or listen to music, you can even have a warm blanket. The doctor will talk you through it or knock you out however you prefer. And when it's all over they have chocolate chip cookies by the reception desk
If you have a fear of the dentist or just want a beautiful smile Total Care Dental is the place to go. I recommend them to my friends, neighbors, doctors, any one looking for a dentist or complaining about the dentist they have. You have to see them to believe how amazing this wonderful group is.

ONE STAR: I think the professionals at Total Care Dental believe in their mission and that the care provided to me was competent. But I was never offered the full spectrum of other care options for any of the expensive treatments I received for tooth pain, wisdom tooth "cavitations," and somewhat low blood oxygen levels supposedly resulting in poor sleep and low energy.
For my sensitive tooth problem: they replaced a crown before even mentioning very inexpensive cell salts. Replacing the crown didn't help at all but cost me $1200. It was only after the crown replacement that #2 cell salts were offered and proved to be very effective. Cost: under $20. This seems to violates the ethical mandate to offer "Informed Consent" of all treatment options at the outset, a fundamental ethical requirement of the American Dental Board.
Even worse, my consistent blood oxygen levels of 93-94% triggered a conversation about how I could get that closer to 98-99% and have better rest and better energy (a persistent problem). The ONLY solution they offered was expensive NightLase treatments that involve using a laser beam on one's throat over four treatments to widen the airway. I had to pay for all four treatments up front, a total of $2400, and only after that did I have a detailed consultation, where I was shown tongue exercises and given a recommendation for Upper Cervical Chiropractic care for a possible misalignment of my top vertebrae (the Atlas bone). The tongue exercises provided better sleep after only one day. The Upper Cervical Chiropractic has been life changing (Ashleigh Street in Orem), but the first two NightLase treatments caused throat soreness that lasted for weeks, not the 24 hours I was told. The heat during the second treatment was intense and painful, but I was told "that's what it takes to be effective." After reading about this online, I found that it's fairly new and its long-term safety and effectiveness is still unknown. I cancelled the future treatments and received a refund for them. But the problem was that no contra-indications were described up front, no list of alternative treatments were given before I shelled out big bucks, all of which seem to me to amount again to a lack of "Informed Consent."
I was also sold a Mouth Guard to open my airway without any discussion of pros and cons. After trying it for two nights, it set off the severe arthritis in both jaw joints (previously controlled by supplements, which I disclosed on my first visit) and I returned it. I did get a full refund for it, but that was after a detailed letter of protest was sent via registered mail. It took a call to their Business Manager to even shake loose a reply to that. The actions of the professional dentists at Total Care Dental appear to point towards a primary focus on "sales" and profit far ahead of health care, another violation of professional ethics. While that care wasn't completely lacking, it came after a big and unnecessary hit to my wallet. I spent $5300 I didn't need to and received $2600 in refunds - an expensive lesson! If you go to them, be sure to get all your options up front as well as the pros and cons of all proposed treatments.

Although having a tooth extracted is a traumatic experience, the dentists and their associates at Total Care Dental made it as pleasant as a tooth extraction can be! They took the time to answer questions, let me know what they were doing, and sent me home with a packet that included homeopathic remedies -- which I found impressive. I experienced minimal bleeding, and almost no swelling or pain -- because I began taking the remedies to relieve pain and swelling they gave me as soon as I got home. The dentist who performed the extraction followed up with me the day after to make sure everything was okay. I would recommend their dental services.

My husband and I had our first appointment there last month and we loved it! Everyone was so nice! I don't like dentists in general so I was a little worried but it I didn't need to cause they took a really good care of me. They let me pick some essential oils to relax, they had headphones for me with relaxing music, heated blankets... you name it. They had great advice on how to keep my teeth healthy and I feel like they really cared about me.
I still have all of my wisdom teeth and when I go to other dentists, the moment I open my mouth, they're recommending I get them pulled out. Here they told me I had plenty room there and the wisdom teeth were in a good shape, so they didn't need to be pulled. I really appreciated it because in my opinion a good dentist/doctor won't recommend unnecessary procedures to patients just to make money. It made me feel good to know that they listen to me and my needs and wants and don't try to push me into things I don't like.
The x-rays were done fast which I appreciated and they don't use fluoride which is one of the reasons why I picked them. Overall, the visit was awesome and I'm looking forward to my next appointment. Thank you Total Care Dental!
