By far the BEST dentist I have ever had! The office is a very friendly environment with fresh treats, a kid-friendly movie room and an all-around homey feel. The staff is well-trained, friendly and caring. Dr. Jorgensen and her team have done excellent work on my teeth and constantly are learning newer and better techniques. They always take good care of me and put me at ease. I'm SURE it is the best dental office in the country! LOVE IT! Why else would I fly all the way from Texas for a dentist!?! :)

My experience with Total Care Dental has always been positive and pleasant! Everyone in the office is so friendly, helpful and kind! I love the care I receive there by Dr. Jorgensen and her hygienist. They are always so professional and careful and do an excellent job with whatever I need done! I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family, and wish that they too could receive their dental care there because I know they would be in the best hands and well taken care of. I travel 3 1/2 hours to see Dr. Jorgensen, and it is totally worth it for me, and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. I found my dental care from Total Care Dental to be top notch. The staff made every effort to assure my comfort, from a warm blanket to the freshly warmed and wet washcloth to wash my lip area off after the procedure. The mints and lip balm was a pleasant surprise and really helped. The dental procedure was delivered with no pain, not even during the injection. Care was taken to go slowly and I never had a sense of anything being rushed. I appreciate the passion and dedication that Dr. Jorgensen and her colleagues and staff demonstrate in their practice. Their entire focus is offering dental health that will support the person's whole body. They believe that the health of our body begins in the mouth, and they train, practice and teach their clients how to achieve this.

Some people are born with dentist anxiety, and I was one of them. I haven't been able to get dental work (more than a cleaning) for 10+ years. I tried many different dentists and approaches, and nothing seemed to work. The staff and dentists at Total Care Dental completely changed my experience going to the dentist, and today I was able to get the work done that I needed without fear and anxiety!

Here are a few things to love about Total Care Dental:
- Everyone in the office is friendly and professional. They know my name and talk to me like an old friend. They never make me feel stupid for my anxieties, and treat my concerns as legitimate concerns.
- Dr. Jorgensen is an exceptional dentist. She is thorough in her exams and clearly explains the procedures. She is quick in completing the work and did an excellent job (I couldn't even feel the shots when she was numbing me up!). She even called me the evening after my appointment to check up on me!
- Warm blankets from the dryer
- Accommodating to patient's needs (noise-cancelling headphones, special calming music/herbal supplements, working with the patient to determine the best way to get the work done, etc.)
- Billing and office staff are very involved and clearly explain billing, scheduling, etc.
- Warm cookies on the way out!

My husband and I call Total Care Dental the "Dental Spa". At first I was disappointed to find that the practice was out-of-network on our dental plan, but the 10% extra cost for out-of-network dentists has been totally worth it.

Picking Total Care Dental as my dentist was one of the best decisions I've ever made! I love that they are looking at the overall picture of my health, not just filling cavities. They actually were able to tell me WHY I personally, am getting cavities!

Where do I start! The dentist (Dr.Derrick) was super good! Explained everything well and did it super fast! Impatient siblings in the car so..gotta go😁but would totally 💯 hands down recommend!!!

I have seen how the combination of technology and holistic techniques have truly helped many people suffering from chronic problems. It's amazing to learn how much oral health affects overall health and how they can help us reach our health goals.

Loved my entire experience. Warmly greeted, pleasant office staff. I was given the grand tour and introduced to staff members, and the best part - you can have a dairy free, gluten free cookie and a smoothie - the cookie was delicious. Not to worry, there are new toothbrushes and earth paste in the restroom to clean up for an exam if needed. Going through the new patient consultation was informative and every question I had was answered. I would recommend Total Care Dental to anyone looking for holistic dentistry.

I have been with Total Care Dental for many years now. At every stage of my dental care I have constantly felt welcome and confident I was getting taken care of by those who knew their profession very well and were constantly striving to gain more knowledge. Their strength is also in their understanding of holistic dental care. I have gained knowledge and understanding from them I wish I had, had in my younger years, especially while raising children.
