I love the holistic approach that Total Care Dental takes with their parents. They encourage a nutrient dense diet for dental health. Jilene, a hygeinist, was so great with my 3yo for his first cleaning. She made him feel comfortable, made age appropriate conversation with him, and made him laugh! Dr. Jorgensen is friendly and professional with patients.

Stay away from Total Care Dental if you are wise. They recommended extensive, invasive, and unnecessary future work to be done at a cost of $6000. After the initial appointment (just a visit - no work done) which cost $500, we let the girl know we wanted time to think on things before scheduling the future work. She then pressed us and asked what was keeping us from scheduling. She used hard sell tactics - a dental office?! Also, we saw one dentist at the initial appointment, and when their schedule was busy out a few months - the girl told us a different dentist could just do the work - someone we'd never even met? Were we to show up and let someone we'd never even met put us under anesthesia and do $6000 of invasive work. This was strange to us and concerning. We listened to our gut and there were several red flags. Would go elsewhere.

I was incredibly Impressed with Dr. Jorgensen and her staff! They were really concerned about my son's previous medical issues and handled it thoroughly as we problem solved what dental issues might be contributing to his body and why it is struggling. She even called and consulted with another doctor while I was there! The staff is the kindest you will meet, and have been helpful in reaching out to other doctors to coordinate care for my son, even emailing to check up on how things have been. Definitely not your average dental office!! You know the caliber of the doctor when they can collaborate, problem solve, and handle the typical and atypical.

If you want to get pampered at the dentist, look no further. The staff is friendlier here than any other office I have ever been to for dental or medical services. You can get a warm blanket, hot hand wax and watch a movie while you get your dental services taken care of. When you are finished, they give you a hot washcloth to freshen up with along with chapstick and mints. As you walk out, they give you a cookie and water or juice. They send you reminders so you won't forget when your appointment is. Seriously, go to this dentist and you won't regret it!

Had a great experience there. I love that they look more at the root causes, and not just the symptoms. Also, the office is delightful, and I love the renovations. They also have up-to-date equipment. The staff are friendly, and I had a good time (and this is even at the dentist).
So, I'd totally recommend you go there.

Total Care Dental is a full service holistic body health practice. My family has been nomadic the last few years. We have experienced many dentists all over the country and TCD is simply the best care we have ever received. Dr. Jorgensen is a master detective; she found the missing piece of some low level chronic health problems I was experiencing that multiple health care professionals couldn't find. I saw chiropractors, MDs, functional medicine, accupuncture, and they all helped but I wasn't 100% and knew there was something else that needed attention. Dr. Jorgensen found it and I'm thrilled to gain even more strength and power. You will not regret coming! This is place is SO much more than dentistry. She is up to date on her research, uses approaches from the east and the west, and you can't find someone with more compassion, knowledge and insight. The entire staff was more than just polite; I felt like I instantly found a community.

I love Total Care Dental. Everyone there is so nice and they all treat me like a friend. They are so good at remembering who everyone is and can remember what you even told them the last time you went in. It is such an amazing experience there and I hope to never go anywhere else!

Have loved the care I've received at Total Care Dental. They've taken care of replacing all my silver fillings, given me a crown, taken care of a tooth extraction, and cleaned out three cavitations. Wonderful staff - highly recommend!

Best Dentists in Utah! After going to a number of other dentists, Dr. Jorgensen and her team were full of answers. I admire their holistic dentistry practice and hope more people can learn the true meaning of dental care and what NOT to do!
