Very friendly and didn’t make me feel like a bad person for not flossing.

I have been going to Dr. Finnerty for a few years and it has been a wonderful experience every time I have gone. This past weekend I broke a tooth. They got me in quickly and I had a crown on my tooth same day. As always Dr. Finnerty and her staff were very kind and professional. Before the crown went on they gave me the exact cost. It was just another in many great visits to Dr. Finnerty.

This place is AMAZING. I called because I was in extreme pain and my regular dentist wasn’t answering the phone. They were able to get me in right away and get me out of pain. They also understand dental anxiety and were really patient with me. I can’t recommend them enough!

My daughter went to this dentist after going to another dentist for a front tooth replacement. Dr. Finnerty was able to fix the black tooth and replace it with a perfect new one. We wish we would have went to her in the first place and avoided the hassle. Her hygienist Rylie is AMAZING! My daughter is sketchy about wanting to get teeth cleaned, but she’s excited to go back to Rylie!

First off, I have had several horrible dental experiences over the years and am always hesitant when finding a new provider. After a lot of research I choose this group despite the bad reviews because I was not worried about financial issues since I have great insurance, and many of the other bad reviews are more about the patient not taking proper care after a procedure.
I have needed several crowns for years and have been putting them off since my last one was such a bad experience. All the staff was so nice and courteous easing my fears. Dr. Finnerty was amazing and made sure I was completely comfortable with the procedures. I ended up getting 2 Cerec crowns in just 2 hours. The fit is perfect. One day later and my mouth is only sore at one numbing injection site. Totally normal, not I'm going back next week for 2 more crowns.
Financially, these crowns were less expensive with my insurance than my previous crown. Wendy, the office manager, went over every charge with me and made sure I was comfortable with the amounts before going ahead with the procedures. In fact, they changed a procedure to a different one so I would save $300. The never pushed about additional services, and a I appreciate knowing they are available if I change my mind. As a healthcare professional myself, I know providers only "push" a procedure if they feel like the patient would really benefit from it. I trust that the dentist has my health in mind when recommending services. I don't see that as pushy, just as trying to provide competent care.
I have also had my children in for cleanings and they were amazing, especially with my autistic son. They recognized that some procedures he was not going to be able to tolerate and came up with alternative processes to give him the space he needed. The staff was not upset or irritated with the accommodations provided and treated my son with respect.

I had my first appointment today and was impressed with Dr. Finnerty and the entire staff. They were professional, extremely friendly, kind and efficient. I am going to schedule appointments for the rest of my family. Happy to have a new great dentist!

I love Centerville dental group. Everyone here is just awesome. The most friendly dentists I've been to and I've been to quite a few. I've never had any problems here. They always have some kind of coupon or something to get some money off. These guys really are awesome. 5 stars across the board.

The staff here are so friendly. I hate going to the dentist (who doesn't) but they're always very kind, remember what I've been up too and make me feel comfortable. I've had crowns and fillings before, and this has been by far the best place for ease, time and helping to work with me on paying bills with my insurance company.

This place is top notch! If you want the latest and greatest, this is your place. Their dental hygienist, Rylie, is amazing! I’ve never had such a thorough, gentle cleaning. She has a butterfly touch.

I went in with no insurance, i was in alot of pain due to a exposed nerve, they got me in after 5pm and was able to extract the tooth and build a dental plan to fix the other issues I had. Within 1 week of walking into they're office I had a set a teeth and a smile I am no longer afraid to show, all within my budget. Superior customer service and dental work done I will be recommending everybody to them
