Money grab. I never write bad reviews, so you know its gotta be pretty bad. They barely use a prophy kit and have never once done any kind of deep cleaning/scaling/planing on anyone in my fam. Thank goodness my kids and I have great dental hygiene...On that note, they decided to bill me OUT OF POCKET for 'dental hygiene instruction'. What the actual hell. Not that I need it, not that it was actually given (how is that possible when Gillian stays for 15 seconds), and not that it's even a thing that normal dentists do. This place is a money grab and a reason to not go back. Thankfully I already switched due to poor hygienists. THE IRONY.
