The dental office sent gift cards ads to hundreds of people in the area, so they probably asked people to leave 5 stars review as a process to get the $50 gift card. DON'T BELIEVE ALL THE 5 STARS REVIEW BECAUSE THEY BOUGHT IT WITH GIFT CARDS. Also, let's see their response here. It seems like they will argue with you with the negative reviews. Please check their other negative reviews, and see the dental office's response.They only accept good reviews and want to argue with you when the bad reviews happened. The other dental offices around Holladay and Millcreek are nicer and more professional. Before contacting the receiptionist at four season, I didn't know dental office receiptionists could be mean and so unprofessional.
I called the other day, and talked to Valentina. On the phone call, I had to repeat myself many times so I said" I told you the information on this phone call 3 times already. And then, Valentina said I talked many people on the phone call so I can't remember what you said. Then, she kept blaming me on the phone call. She could yell to patients but not allowed to get angry. So, I called the second time to give her all the information she needed. At the end of the phone call, it seems like she said the line that she was trained to say to every customer. Then, I found out she could have done the same thing on our first phone call, and I didn't need to call other places in order to make things done. I got frustrated, and then she started blaming me again saying I was yelling at her which I didn't. She also told me she has anxiety so don't make her nervous. She tried to argue with me and kept saying it's my problems. The second phone call lasted 17 minutes because the receiptionist kept arguing with me, and she yelled at me but not allow me to yell at back.
After a week, she called me to say I am not a good fit for their dental office. I was shocked! No one has ever contacted me to listen to my side of story. This is kind of crazy and it's hard to believe that they are a sucessful and professional dental office. It's was a simple phone call but they decided to make it a drama. They probaly discriminate minorities!

Excellent conscientious care with transparent pricing. I hadn't been to a dentist in 10 years and they did not shame me....in fact very much the opposite. Dr Smith and all the crew there were warm, welcoming and honest. Highly recommended.

I rarely write reviews and I never go to this dentist. When my tooth started hurting I knew my luck had run out. Bad turned to worse and I ended up needing an emergency root canal. Dr. Eric Smith went above and beyond in helping me. I will recommend him to anyone I can!

Amazing amazing dentist and staff. I used to work there and still continue to take my family. They always work with my scheduling and take of anything we need same day if time. Wouldn’t take my family anywhere else! I highly recommend 😘

I have enjoyed going to this dentist's office. I started going there right before the COVID-19 pandemic and now just went in for my 2nd visit. Everybody there is very kind. I even got to meet the owner! This office uses up to date technology to best meet my needs and I really enjoy that.

I am one of those patients that has a fear of dentists and that fear first started in my childhood. It is sad to admit and even though I work in the medical field, my fears have caused me to procrastinate my visits, until emergency visits were all I had. However, Four Seasons Dental and Dr. Eric Smith have changed all that! When I needed a broken tooth extracted, my peace of mind and comfort were more important than collecting a payment. Dr. Smith gave me a prescription that helped relax me the night before and the day of the visit. He even cancelled an appointment when he discovered he didn't have enough oxygen for my nitrous oxide gas. Again, the patient was more important than the procedure! My fears may still be with me, but I can tell you assuredly, I have finally found my dentist! Thank you, Dr. Smith! for taking the extra time to make sure this patient was calm and pain free, and still repair a broken smile! You're awesome!
