Abundant Dental Care of Murray

Dr. Chaveleh is the best dentist I've ever had. She's very down to Earth and professional. My sister and boyfriend come to Abundant and she takes care of them as well. I don't trust going to another dentist other than Abundant and I recommend them to everyone. Kat is amazing as well, she's usually my dental assistant when I come in. I get bummed when she's not.

They're so friendly and caring. I called on a Saturday for tooth pain, they fit me in. I saw the doctor within minutes of checking in. Dr.Grant is awesome he put me at ease and out of pain. From filling out the paperwork to checking out the process was fast and easy. Thank you!, Abundant Dental Care.

I really recommend this place. I was on a vacation and I had the worst tooth pain of my life. I called them and immediately they helped me. Dr. James Capecelatro is the best. He was patient, and kind and helped me with the process. All the staff was amazing and they care about me. I live in Las Vegas and I haven’t found doctors and staff like them. I am thinking about traveling there every time I need a dentist.

This place is the best. I came in originally due to an emergency after my normal (now former) dentist office couldn't find the time to help me get out of pain after a procedure they did. Abundant Dental Care of Murray set me up for emergency help within a day and fully resolved my issue as quickly as possible. Not only is Dr. Hilton (and all of his assistants) fantastic at what he does, but also there is great customer service including active listening and empathy. The whole office is flexible and focused on how to best help their patients and they make the effort to clearly explain recommendations and set up appropriate treatment plans. They are now my regular dentist office. The front office staff is also upbeat, friendly, well organized, and clear in explanations of benefits and setting appointments. It's rare to find an office where every interaction with with every staff member is a great experience, but this place accomplishes it and goes above and beyond.

Jus really great people that work here best experience I've ever had when dealing with dentist they truly care about their clients and make sure you leave there with a smile. I highly recommend to anyone who needs dental work done to go to Abundant Dental in Murray. Wish I could put more than five stars because everyone there definitely deserves it.

Everything about this dental office was fantastic! I hate going to see a dentist and will put it off at all cost. I get extreme anxiety! Unfortunately I had a dental emergency and had to go in. This is not my normal dentistry that I see, but because it was urgent and they were willing to get me in right away, I went. The receptionist were super friendly over the phone to start. When I got there the care continued and I felt welcomed and so calm. Then when I got back to see James Capecelatro, I felt so at ease and taken care of. All his assistants were just as nice and welcoming and I can’t explain how good of a feeling it was. James answered all my questions and concerns and did it in a way where I did not feel dumb for asking and I knew exactly the step by step process of what was to be done moving forward. I was in a time predicament as well and needed to be in and out by an exact time and they did it!!! Like I said, this is not my normal dentist office that I go to, but James told me “I always block out time in my schedule for situations like this” and let me tell you, because of that and the care that was shown…. I would like to give a shout out to the front desk ladies, Cailey and McKenzie, the DA Lauren<3, hygienist Chance, and the doctor who did my exam Dr. Carnley! This was the BEST experience I've had with a dental office. Everyone was friendly and made me feel so comfortable. I left feeling great. I already recommended this office to my family members. I had a crown come partly off late in the evening and I was given Abundant Dental Care's phone number by an urgent care center. From my phone call to the treatment I received later that night, they were kind, put me at ease, and made sure I was comfortable. They made a difficult procedure seem easy. I would highly recommend them and I plan to go to their office in the future.

Doctor was great and his assistant’s, but I was overcharged and my card was charged unauthorized!!! Very unprofessional and not okay when it comes to someone who is a single mother. I recommend the doctor not the facility. And I was referred which makes it worse! Still going to speak with my insurance to review what I was charged. Overall worst experience once my procedure was done! Will not be returning. Thanks for the bad experience Abundant Dental in Murray.

I have gone to Abundant Dental twice, and after this last visit I will never consider them for any dental care ever again. I had a temporary filling fall out of a tooth that was being treated for a sudden dental abscess. I was on antibiotics and had a plan of care with my normal dentist, but unfortunately the temporary filling he placed a few weeks before fell out while he was out of town. This visit should have been a quick in and out with another temporary filling, but as soon as I was seated in the chair the dentist and their billing person came in and started trying to sell me on getting a root canal on the tooth. I informed them a partial one had been done, and after they got that info they instantly turned to selling me on doing a full extraction of the tooth.

Why on earth would you recommend a root canal, and then a few moments later say the tooth needs to go? To me it seems like they only care about how much money they can squeeze out of you during your visit. I had to tell them multiple times I was already following a plan with my dentist, and that all I needed a temporary filling. They said they would not do anything for me unless I allowed them to extract the tooth. So I got up and left.

I then found another dentist the next day, and they had no problem doing the temporary filling. I relayed the story and they seemed aghast at any dental office that would operate that way. I got back into my normal dentist when he returned from his vacation and got the abscess sorted out without having to lose my tooth.

Abundant has what I feel are shady practices and I personally will never trust them with my care ever again.
