Abundant Dental Care of Murray

I love this place. I had a broken crown and no appt. I’d never been here before but they were so kind and fit me in. It was such a relief to be able to get it fixed. Now I have a new dentist, Dr Frye who is awesome! She was explained everything that was happening and was so kind and gentle.
Jessica was also amazing and found my insurance info when I’d lost my card! So kind and compassionate, this is an awesome place I would highly recommend it to anyone!!!

I just wanted to update my review. I moved 45 minutes away and still wanted to go back to see Dr. Cap to get yet another tooth pulled instead of seeing someone closer because of his outstanding care. Unfortunately he was booked solid so I was scheduled with Dr .Frye instead. Going in to my appointment I was very nervous about seeing someone new and not knowing the quality of care I would receive. Dr. Frye was AMAZING. She was kind, gentle, and so understanding of my anxieties. I truly feel you can't go wrong with any doctor at Abundant Dental Care of Murray. This place is beyond amazing!

I wish I could give a million stars. I've been to my fair share of dentists over the years and while I don't have any horror stories, they still didn't leave me loving the dentist. Abundant Dental Care of Murray changed that!!! I was suffering from a broken molar that was causing me debilitating pain. Dr Capecelatro got me in the same day, within a couple hours of me calling, and got the tooth pulled. PAINLESSLY might I add! Every single staff member I came in contact with was soooo genuinely sweet and caring I almost didn't want to go home! Special shout out to Dr James Capecelatro and I believe her name was Chandler. I have truly never met two kinder people. This is the first time I can say going to the dentist was my pleasure. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you!!!!!

WOW Truly Dr. Chaveleh is AMAZING! She listens to your concerns & makes sure you are Comfortable. I have had some Bad Experiences & a huge fear. But Dr. Chaveleh & Margot & staff are all so Wonderful & Made me feel so relaxed. I'm greatful to have found them.😁

I absolutely LOVE this dentist office since the day they opened. No one can beat their hours or professionalism. Kasey & Josh are so helpful will all the insurance stuff. Lindsay & all the hygienist are friendly and make you feel comfortable. & last but not least Dr. Townsend is a phenomenal dentist. I love that he takes the time out of his day to text you and just checkup on you. That's just going ABOVE and BEYOND. I recommend everyone to him.

I just went to Abundant Dental yesterday. The staff were incredibly warm and friendly. The hygienist was an excellent conversationalist and, as I have sensitive gums, my cleaning was the least painful I have ever had. Dr. Townsend made me feel like he had all the time in the world even though I knew he had lots of other patients. Wonderful experience.

Amazing. Absolutely amazing. Dr Townsend is wonderful, great bedside manner, professional yet caring, knowledge and definitely current with the times. The staff there is friendly, courteous and respectful. I have spent the last 15 years trying to find a dentist that was affordable and provided quality care. FINALLY! I have one!! Thank you Abundant of Murray for being fantastic!

After having a bad experience at a different clinic, I was looking for a new dental clinic, and I found one. They made my last place seem average when I thought it was pretty nice. It was an enjoyable experience from Patricia to Dr Hilton and Eliza started it off great by really making me feel like this was the place and she finished it off even greater helping me out with insurance coverage and everything in between. I even met Doc the head guy and that shows how he personally cares that your have a great experience. Surprisingly I look forward to returning.

This Dental Staff was Amazing! I had been in pain for almost a week and it really hit me hard over the weekend. I contacted them on a Sunday morning, they worked me into their schedule that day, extracted a tooth (along with other work) and made me feel human again! I cannot say enough about how welcoming, friendly and dare I say “Fun” they were!

They obviously dont need or want my business here!!! never have I had to call a dentist 5 times for answers and never once receive a call from them. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. There are so many dentists to chose from - go elsewhere!
First call 2 weeks ago I believe I spoke with Sam, he set me up for an appointment for an extraction. Claimed they would do the consultation, paperwork, financial plan then the extraction with IV sedation. Good thing I called a few hours from my appointment because come to find out they didn't even put my info in their system. Sam blamed it on a shift change! He said he would check with the anesthesiologist to make another appointment for me & he would call me back. Of course never heard back I called again 4 days later & spoke to Eliza same story not in their system have to set up consult first, so went to my consult (Saturday) a couple days later nothing new they told me what I already knew about my tooth. Met with a lady about financials told me should would give me a call back by Monday, of course didn't hear anything called again on Wednesday & spoke with Jessica she guaranteed I would get a call back and here we are Friday & no voice mails no calls!! Such an uncomfortable chaotic business with no organization. Chose a better dentist.

Oh. My. Goodness. The absolute best dental experience I have ever had! From the wonderful ladies helping me up front to the doctors and assistants in the back, they all know how to make you feel comfortable and welcome! Fear of going to the dentist is no longer! Definitely will be sending friends and family their way!
