Dr. Hamilton is really good! I love bringing my whole family, when he gives a shot to numb you, you barely feel it. The staff are all really friendly and do their jobs really well!

Have never had a negative issue here. Dr. H has always gone the extra yard in getting me in when needed, taking the time to explain everything, etc. And the staff makes me feel right at home every time. Will be going here for many years to come hopefully. Thanks East Mountain.

We have 2 Insurances, we told them we wanted to maximize the insurances for 2017 so we wouldn't have any out of pocket.
We scheduled visits using their recommendations. We are now being sent to collections because they were off quite by $1000!!
We scheduled an appointment to go over our bill, told them my Husband got out of work at 3:30 on Thursday. No one is here!
Do not go to this Dentist!!

Great dentist. Never tried to up charge. Always did good, timely work.
UPDATE: The hygienist I saw for 5 years never saved my panoramic xrays which showed a cyst in my sinus. She also never recorded what she was supposed to. Now I am having a surgery on that cyst and I have no record for my Endodontist. I guess that hygienist doesn't work there anymore; still annoying.

Went in today and had my six month cleaning. I have never left an office in more pain. Getting stabbed with the dental tools isn't fun especially when they don't stop when asked. My mouth was bleeding for awhile after. I haven't had too many bad experiences before, but today was AWFUL.
