I heard about Dr. Roberts though a friend who’s a dental hygienist and works with several dentists in Utah. I asked her who’s the best and she said Dr. Roberts because “he’s very thoughtful and thorough.” It’s true, he was great! And his staff / office was easy to work with. I didn’t get the sense they were trying to upsell me or find something wrong. This has been my 3d attempt in finding a dentist that I actually like and trust in Utah and I finally found the place!

Not a positive experience. After the cleaning, I waited for a long time waiting for Dr. Hamilton. I was very uncomfortable with the conversation between he and his assistant while he was looking for something wrong in my teeth. There I was with my mouth opened listening to some sort of conversation that I was Zero % interested . Besides all coming from Brazil , a third world country, I am not impressed that an American dentist talk about other subjects in front of the patient. I find it unprofessional.

My family started with this office many many years ago. One of the best offices I have ever visited, then everything changed. The office staff was highly unprofessional. When I asked after a favorite receptionist, one employee told me that this receptionist almost ruined the practice. I don't want to hear things like that about other staff. The dentist seems to be suffering from loss of interest with the practice, and the last few appointments produced some very below par dental work. The shine is off in their new and expensive office. I miss the passion for the work, and the friendly staff. Beware.
