Dr. Jeppson was the worst dentist I’ve ever visited. I always had something that needed fixing no matter how much I flossed and how much I brushed. He always found a filling to make or ultimately why a left his practice, a root canal that he botched and I needed replaced within 4 months of having Dr. Jeppson oversee it. I brought up infection concerns after getting my wisdom teeth removed and he shrugged it off which ultimately led to my root canal because there was indeed an infection. He never seemed interested in my feedback or care as much as he liked the money he made off me.
If anything I’d recommend anyone other than Jeppson Dental.
I’m sorry my review in the past has led people to his practice; I honestly would NEVER recommend this dentist.

I began going to Dr. Jeppson when he was new to the area and sharing an office with another dentist. I have never been disappointed in his care and treatment. He is always up to date, and he is honest in all his recommendations. I had to switch a couple of years ago because of a change in my insurance, but when I was told I needed extensive restoration work on a front tooth I went back to see him for a second opinion. He presented me with all the options, and I asked him to complete the work even though it would not be covered by my insurance. I trust his judgement and I was thrilled with the work he was able to complete in one visit. As soon as my new insurance plan becomes active I will be back with Dr. Jeppson for life.

They seem to remember everything about me from before the pandemic almost two years ago. Very knowledgeable, guarantees his work (redid a root canal for free and it worked), helpful, friendly, referred me to an endodontist instead of trying to do a procedure he wasn’t an expert in (which is unfortunately a rare thing among dentists in my experience). From what I can tell, there are dentists who will save you 10%, and you’re rolling the dice, or you could go with Jeppson and guarantee the work will be done well, which saves you a lot more money and pain in the end.

I've spent some time observing at Dr. Jeppson's office as a pre-dental student and I would definitely choose to go to this office if I needed any work done here in Utah. Dr. Jeppson is incredibly kind with everyone and really makes the patient feel involved in the whole process. He has newer technology to speed up the dental work and provide a better experience. The staff is also very friendly and help create a comfortable atmosphere.

The BEST dental office and dentist I’ve ever been to!! He does SUCH great work, his staff is friendly, kind and talented, and his office runs ON TIME!! I don’t think I’ve ever waited more than 3 minutes which is a big deal! I would highly recommend Jeppson Dental to anyone!

Dr. Jeppson took the time to get to know me and to find out what I need from him as a dentist. That means a lot to me as a person who has anxiety over going to the dentist. I've never had such great care from a dentist. The entire staff at Jeppson Dental genuinely cares about every person who walks into their office.
