Absolutely the best dentist in Provo. If you're someone with dental anxiety, go here!! Dr. Jeppson is so gentle and kind. I have had the worst experiences with dentists for the past few years at Stonehaven, and just barely got a crown put in through them like 9 months ago. Today, Dr. Jeppson said they put it in incorrectly which can cause a root canal in the future. I expressed my concerns about how I was still paying off this crown and how frustrated I was about my experience with Stonehaven and he was very understanding and even gave me 50% for the replacement of this crown. The hygienists and assistants are also very friendly and so sweet. I really enjoyed my time here even with my severe anxiety! He 100% has my business and I'll be referring my friends and family here.

Also- these are just some other small things: When we went in today, my husband and I scheduled two different times so one of us could be watching our baby. When we came, they were prepared to help us get through as quickly as possible. We didn't even have to say what our names were when we walked in because they recognized my husband. I also overheard the receptionist talking to a patient over the phone that sounded like they were moving, and when she got off the phone, she talked with the other receptionist about how sad it was that they weren't coming back. I know these are just small things, but they really do care about you and remember who you are here. That is such a great feeling as a patient!!

I came to Dr. Jeppson panicking because my old doctor barely even talked to me, tried to pressure me into a same-day root canal, and prescribed codeine even though I didn't want it. Dr. Jeppson took plenty of time to get to know me and listen to my concerns. He took one look at the filling in question, ground it down, and recommended we wait a bit to see if the pain got better or worse. He also gave me details on what to watch for and expect.
The pain got better, but didn't go away, so Dr. Jeppson replaced the filling and I've had no problems since. No root canal, no unsolicited narcotics, just attention and care. I got the in-office dental plan and am so happy with the money I've spent with them. Every time I go in, everyone is so kind, takes plenty of time to talk to me, and takes care of my teeth with great detail.
I literally recommend Dr. Jeppson to anyone who even comes close to mentioning dental work. Definitely the best experience I've had with a healthcare provider.

Probably one of the best dentists in Provo. I had a horrible experience at Cougar Dental, and I was refereed to Doctor Jeppson by a friend. Doctor Jeppson is an incredible man. He treats you really well, makes sure that you understand everything that is happening, and does not rip you off.

One of their best qualities is they do not believe in double booking! This helps tremendously when you make an appointment; you show up, walk right in, and basically experience no waiting time.

We love Jeppson Dental. We've been coming here since 2014 and we live up in Midvale in the Salt Lake area and we still drive down because everyone is so nice and they provide wonderful care. Highly recommended.

I've been a patient of Dr. Jeppson for 6 years now and he, and his staff, have always been personable. The environment is always welcoming. His work is wonderful too! He communicates through the procedure to make sure you're comfortable and is continually using innovative techniques.

For all of us that are afraid of dentists; give it up!! Dr. Jeppson; as well as his staff are AMAZING!! They will put you at ease and are truly great people. Dr. Jeppson is up to date on the latest techniques and procedures and does amazing work. You’re not just a number or a dollar sign. He cares about you; not only as his patient, but as you, the individual.

I had Dr. Jeppson for a few years while I lived in Provo. I now live in Texas and I miss him majorly. He was the best dentist I have ever had. One of the best experiences that I had and something that made me respect him was he referred me elsewhere when it was out of his comfort zone. I needed to have a root canal but the way that my roots are in my teeth he didn't feel comfortable so he referred me (and I also had an amazing experience there). I really appreciated that.

I've never enjoyed going to the dentist but Dr. Jeppson made it so easy. He answered all my questions, took his time, and completed quality service. I've recommended him to my brother and will continue to recommend him to others. His office is incredibly nice, his staff is nice, and he is great.
