Warm Family Dentistry

I really appreciate Dr. Cold taking that time to explain everything to me. He's a top-notch dentist that takes the time to research and be at a high level in dentistry and keep up on the new techniques.

When I went in with a molar problem, Dr Cold quickly assessed the issue and fixed it. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and quickly escorted to an examination room. My experience was quick and painless which is always a bonus at the dentist office. I was impressed by their state of the art equipment.

YET ANOTHER UPDATE: Apparently, they forgot to submit my claim to insurance, so the outrageous price I was paying was just for my wife's work, which again we should not have had to pay for anything. So now the unthinkably high price I had to pay originally is likely doubled.

ADDITIONAL UPDATE: We went in for a REGULAR. CHECKUP. and somehow they managed to slap on every service possible, which cost me and my wife a ton more money than I have ever paid for any cleaning and xray ever before.

UPDATE FOR RESPONSE: No apology AND a backhanded response instead? Were you typing with your pinkies out? Because that response was super classy.

I wish I could say that I had a great experience here, but I can't.
- Called to schedule an appointment and was given a really awkward experience because I had questions about the treatment and the person told me the office would answer it....didn't I just call the office? Thanks Kathy.
- We went in for a cleaning and x-rays for my wife and I. It took almost 4 hours. Even though we didn't do them at the simultaneously, that is STILL a very long time to just get that done.
- To be fair, they did however let me sit with my wife during the procedures (she is terrified of the dentist office).
- We both felt like the dentist (Dr. Cold) was talking AT us instead of TO us. He was a bit...well...cold. Like it seemed like he wasn't really listening to what we were saying.
- The work they quoted us was almost $10,000 AFTER insurance. We went to my old family dentist and we were quoted about $300 after insurance. You read that right. 10 THOUSAND DOLLARS down to about three hundred.
- We were at the family dentist and requested x-rays from this office (which again, took 4 hours to do) and the receptionist was less than helpful. Actually she outright told us she wasn't going to do it "because it was too much work to do" and hung up on us….I'm sorry, what? We called 3 hours ahead of time for you to ship over some pictures of x-rays and the cost estimates you gave us. Surely, someone could find the 5 mins it takes to send an email. Luckily our family dentist was willing to retake all the x-rays for free so he could give us a proper 2nd opinion. I doubt Dr. Cold's office would have done the same.
- Remember how I mentioned that my wife was afraid of dentist offices? Like absolutely terrified? She felt comfortable (enough) at the other office.
- We will be going to Mont Blanc dentistry from now on.

I have been going to Warm for over 3 years and I always have a great experience. The staff is very friendly, but most importantly my oral health has never been better.

I have always been super scared to go to the dentist, but everyone here at Warm Family Dentistry is so welcoming and make you feel super comfortable. I have recommended 4 of my other family members to go and they said the same thing when I asked them how it went. Thank you Warm Family Dentistry!

AVOID THIS DENTIST !!!
I was examined and quoted one price however after my treatment was over, a month later I received a bill that was more than double of what they had originally told me. Plus this dentist does not respects patients time. All my office visits, I had to wait at least for an hour for him to show up.
I have never been charged for routine twice a year cleaning until I visited this office. They don't even deserve a 1 star but I didn't have the option of no star.

I've neglected my teeth, and have a LOT of dental work that needs done. Dr. Cold makes it easy to digest, is happy to answer any questions, and was very nice to work with. He's also gentle and makes sure you have enough anesthetic.

I still have several visits with him, but it's going great. I will update again when I'm finished.

I have for all my life hated the dentist, until I found Dr Scott Cold and all of his wonderful amazing, friendly staff. Dr Scott Cold put all my fears to ease. I just recently had a root canal done and being totally honest I could have taken a nap it was so easy. Even when my temporary crown came out and I was freaking out Dr Cold answered the emergency line himself and ensured that I would be ok and they fit me right in that next morning to get it re fitted. I would recommend Warm Family Dentistry to anyone and I will be a lifelong patient of theirs. Thank you to everyone in that office for being so amazing. See you in a few weeks and forever. :)

After using this dentist a few times now, I am no longer sure. We always seem to be getting up charged or sold unnecessary dental work. One day we’ll be told we have a credits on our account due to insurance kicking in, then those credits will mysteriously disappear. Money seems to be a driving factor here. I always feel the need to get a second opinion.

Worst experience!!

Always get a second opinion With this dentist. Doesn’t seem honest. I had to wait an hour and half for him in the chair for him to finally show up.
Not honest with billing either. Will tell you what your portion be and then will bill you a much higher amount.
