Cascade dental has served our family for many years. We have several children with varying levels of diligence with brushing and flossing :-) they have always been kind and considerate and also a high level of competence. They counsel with you about what the situations are and let you decide what route you want to take. They've also made a valiant effort to get in emergency cases when my daughter had a broken tooth from a popcorn kernel which would be much appreciated.

From the moment my family walks in our experience is nothing but positive. The office is clean and so well organized. My kids look forward to the tree house play area. The hygienist at Casasde are so warm and personable. They always do an amazing job and are GREAT with my kids. We love every doctor we've had and their assistants are so helpful and make our appointments a breeze. Highly recommend them for the biggest positive: they're honest and will never "sell" you on unnecessary dental work. Cascade truly cares about the patient rather than pocketing excess funds.

Had a filling break off. When I called, I was told they would fit me in for X-ray and filling. However, that was not the case. Being a single parent and working as a manger at the hospital, taking time off from work is a huge hardship for me. I have to coordinate babysitter, lose income or find ways to makeup those hours. When I complained, they said they couldn’t do anything about it and told me what days they could do. Meaning another day off work and babysitters. Plus I live 20 minutes away. I had kept this office as my dentist because of the good experience I had in the past. I will be switching dentists now for sure. Disappointing.
