As soon as I walked in the door, my son and I felt welcomed and comfortable. Markel, Cynthia, April, and Dr Mahoney were great with everything. They explained what they were doing, gave treatment options, and made sure we were comfortable while they worked on us. They could have suggested expensive treatments, but suggested less expensive options they thought would work for our situations. I definitely recommend Copperfield Dental.

We started going to Dr. Farnsworth and Dr. Mahoney who took over our favorite dentists Dr. Elmer’s office. We had one problem after another with turnover, billing and the accounting department. Both my husband and I have over 800 credit scores and pride ourselves on paying bills on time and at the point of service wherever we go. We never had any problems ever. We’d go in and pay the 50% of whatever service and the amount they quoted us as well as verified with our insurance. Somehow these numbers kept getting higher and switched around. I’d personally go in and show them and they’d say, “oh that’s our fault. We just got a new billing system.” We will fix it you are good. But this continued to happen. Finally we had a giant bill and spent several hours researching their billing errors and they’d still deny any fault. We even went in an showed them what they told us and what we paid.and our insurance They said, oh call your insurance, which we would and they’d back up
what they were paying. So disorganized and rude. Now they put us in collections and we refuse to pay someone for not having their ducks in a row and consistently misinforming us as to what we owed/paid. Interesting how in 20 years of marriage we never had a late payment. This is wrong on so many levels. User past reviews stating the same problems they had with the billing department and crazy turnover.. I believe people can make mistakes but to
repeatedly do it is not acceptable nor ethical. I can sleep at night knowing we have paid you in full. Greed is an ugly thing. Perhaps put your energy into people who actually don’t pay their bills. We are so happy with our new dentist. No billing problems. We get a quote for a crown, or whatever, verify it with our insurance and pay half.
