I absolutely love this office. The entire staff is so friendly! They take the time to get to know you and genuinely listen. They are always up front about recommended procedures and make sure you dont leave with any questions. Markelle (sp?) and Dr. Mahoney are the BEST!! Highly recommend this office!!

I actually don’t like going to the dentist, however Dr. Mahoney is awesome! Dr. Mahoney and his staff are very friendly and make you feel comfortable. I had some major tooth issues this past year, and if it wasn’t for Dr. Mahoney and staff I wouldn’t have made it through. They are great!!

I am very particular about what dentist I choose to go to. I have anxiety and it is significantly worse when I am in the dental chair. I came to Dr. Mahoney's office a couple of years ago. While each appointment hasn't been perfect, I don't blame the staff one bit. I am a difficult patient and they have learned what we need to do to make each appointment as best as it can be. My bridges on my front teeth needed to be replaced and he has done such a good job that my confidence has been boosted and I am no longer afraid to show off my smile. All the staff know me by name and are friendly each time I walk into the office. I could go on and about how pleased I am with this office and each person that works here. Keep up the good work guys!

Copperfield is my new favorite dentistry. I had gone to a different dentist before this and he messed up my mouth pretty bad. Dr. Mahoney is seriously amazing. He fixed my teeth and made me feel so much better mentally and physically. The staff is always so nice and welcoming. Never going anywhere else!

They got me in same day, were super friendly, and very helpful in my checkup. Usually you have to choose between convenience and quality, but I was surprised that I got both on such short notice! Definitely recommend this practice.

I loved this place at the start. Especially when Dr. Jonathan Elmer was there. He was great and we loved him! They were our family dentist for 4 years, but once the switch was made, I don't know if the entire staff up and left or what, but we started having issues.
I made an appointment with them to have some fillings done, but I had recently switched insurances. The main receptionist (I believe it was Natalie?) called me and told me they needed to verify my insurance. I gave her my info and told them I knew fillings were covered 100%, but whenever she tried to verify my dental insurance, she couldn't find my info. So she made ME call and do all the digging, and get whatever info they needed. I spoke with her each time I called. She always sounded so frustrated, like she was talking to an idiot. Reading other negative reviewers posts, I'm not alone. She was rude.
Well, long story short, on my end, my insurance verified that it was indeed covered, but Copperfield could never verify (either that or they were lazy and wouldn't). She kept calling me over and over too, bugging me to find more info so they could finally schedule the filling appointment. She must have ended up losing her patience with me because she stopped calling me and returning my calls altogether.
Needless to say I switched to a different Dentist and they took me in and my insurance with no problems at all! Oh and by the way, they have updated imaging equipment and I DID NOT HAVE A CAVITY! According to Copperfield months before they said I did and required a filling, but this new dentist office showed I didn't, and I didn't even tell them I had one! So... was Copperfield just trying to leach money off me or what? Is that why she was so pushy? I was furious!
Well, I won't be returning. I miss the staff and dentist the way it was, which is why it gets that extra star.
