Dr. Mahoney is really amazing, but the staff behind the front counter are terrible. I had a charge on my account that wasn't valid and I asked them about it 4 different times with each time them promising me a call back. The call backs never happened and they said they charges would still be charged. I paid the balance and told the girl I didn't agree with the charges and that I would change dentist's if they made my pay it. She didn't even care and just said okay. I then canceled all my future appointments with her and she didn't even care at all. I am now looking for a new dentist.

Copperfield is great! I always feel welcomed when I go back and I feel like they actually care about their patients. One of the dental hygienist literally remembers conversations from 6 months prior! Would recommend this office to anyone!

I do not have anything to compare with other dentists, but this place is so far so good is keeping me happy, also had a situation in the past when we were low on funds and did not had HSA though my work. and they took care off me for free. I was really grateful for Dr. Mahoney

They don't have a family friendly cleaning scheduling. Scheduled a family cleaning for 4 people they left 1 person off and we were in the office 2 hours only got 2 people done we had to leave. They expected us to be there 4 hours to get everyone done. Not realistic, never had this problem with other dentists. Do not recommend.

Every time I go there everyone is so nice. They remember the little things you told them about yourself and your family. I’ve never left with any pain (like other dentists) they are so gentle. Give them a try!
