What a place. The people are SUPER friendly and knowledgeable. The dentist, Dr. Powell, is awesome and makes you actually like going to the dentist. All of the staff go above and beyond to make your experience (which I must admit has not always been great at the dentist) the BEST is could possibly be. I emphatically recommend “Jordan Smiles” you’ll leave smiling!

I have a very big fear of going to the dentist due to a past traumatic event and these guys went out of their way to make me feel as comfortable as possible. Angie was so sweet when I called and when I had my appointment my dental assistant was constantly checking in to make sure I was doing okay. I felt like she truly cared about how I was feeling and about making me feel safe. Dr. Powell was just as caring, took the time to explain things and ask me about my questions. He listened to what was important to me and I didn’t feel rushed. I would 100% recommend them and am so glad I found them.

Dr. Powell is amazing. He has great manners, he cares about his patients, he remembers you and your family members. He has all the best equipment. You will get the best dental care here. Nice staff.

Friendly, very personalized and modern facility. The people are all very friendly. Dr. Powell and his staff are head and shoulders better than any dental group I have ever had. Everyone here just exudes happy. The entire staff treat you like you're a close friend.

Jordan Landing Smiles is the best dental practice we've found. Dr. Powell is an excellent dentist and always honest. It's hard to find dentists like him. His office help is always the best. too. Always friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. We love this place.

My experience here was not very good at all!! First like some have said, they somehow manage to make a simple cleaning, a "deep cleaning" therefore insurance won't cover it.
I had about $3k in work done, set up a $250/ week payment plan to chip away at it.
After two weeks, we were able to pay off the whole balance.
Fast forward a couple months and I have several $250 charges from them.(bills only debt card)
When I reached out to the office, they brushed me off and just told me to get a new card. Not wanting to have to reset all my other accounts I told them no, figure out the problem. This went on for a couple more months, until my wife and I turned up the heat!
In the mean time, charges were still racking up!!!!
Begrudgingly after many in office visits to solve this, they reached out to their accounting department and got to back to me a few weeks later informing me they were in fact taking money from me after all. Still their solution was file a claim with your bank or get a new card. "Not my problem attutude"
If I wouldn't have caught those payments or thrown a big enough fit, they would have walked away with that money. Please don't do this to any other customers of yours. You know better

Awesome! Every time I’m in! I hate going to the dentist however going to smiles is not bad! They are all so nice and my teeth feel happy after I’m done!

went in with a really bad tooth ache and they did a fill and took my pain away but super friendly and awesome people working there soecially the doctor super cautious and super nice with the work they do ! totally reccomend !

Friendly service, I had to go there to get a tooth extracted and my dentist was closed that day.

According to the one experience I had work them, they seem to charge above average. I'm a full time student, single, without insurance. I was charged $ 353 (With discounts) for a non-surgical tooth extraction, paid partially in cash and the rest on a debit card.

Another thing that I don't see in many businesses, one of the slides showing in the monitor specifically asks for Google reviews. Not a bad practice per say, but unusual.

I really like coming to this office. The staff is always friendly. I have anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist, and everyone at JLS makes me feel at ease and comfortable.
