Terrible Experience. I would never recommend going to this Dental Practice. They do not know how to do business. I received a statement from this office with a zero balance and next to that was a different figure written in pen. I don't pay bills with a balance written in pen. Also, any billing questions can only be answered on thursdays between 9am and 5pm. So if you do decide to go to this dental practice, make sure you have thurdays off because the person responsible for billing is incompetent and incapable of doing an accurate job.

I am a dentalphobe. Dr Naisbitt is phenemonial and so is her staff!!! I have never been treated so well at a dentist's office. She doesn't try to upsell procedures you don't need. She's honest, caring, gentle, sweet and I just love this office!!!!
