They run on time with their appointments and are very friendly and make you feel comfortable. Who doesn't like feeling that way before they start sticking and prodding inside your mouth. They do exceptional work and my mouth always feels so clean and healthy when I leave. I am always looking forward to my next 6 month checkup.

They were very good at explaining my issues and taking pictures of my mouth so I could see what they were talking about. It made me have total confidence in them! I love Dr. Naisbitt's office! Very friendly and professional staff all the way around. I have received a call from Dr. Naisbitt herself late at night when all the office was gone and we had a pressing question.
I don't feel that I am ever pressured or that they are trying to push a sale on me for something that isn't needed. No sales quotas for them to hit like you get from other bigger corporate groups. Very nice change of pace!

Outstanding experience! Quick, honest, and professional. One of my fillings fell off twice going to a previous dentist. Searching through Google reviews, I found Sarah Naisbitt’s practice with nearly perfect reviews. I called, requested a quote, and set up an appointment. The same week on Wednesday afternoon, I went in and was received kindly and professionally. It was especially touching that Dr. Naisbitt gave me te quote after the X-ray and asked if that was okay. Of course, I’d called previously and it was even lower than I anticipated, paying out of pocket. Dr. Naisbitt and her office team are exceptional at what they do.
