Just finished my first appointment there. Everyone was super friendly and respectful. My hygienist was really nice and explained everything she was doing as she cleaned my teeth. Doctor DeMille made me feel good about my teeth. The office is a little cramped and older, but they're building a new office soon. I'm so excited I found this place!

I have spent a good portion of the last two days with Dr. Parker DeMille and his assistant. They did a lot of work, but I think I was about as comfortable as one could be under the circumstances. Dr. DeMille explained to me everything that he was going to do, and in some cases gave me an option. The office staff was also very friendly, professional and helpful. I hope I do not have to go back except for routine maintenance, but if I do, I am confident I will receive the same great care.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Chris DeMille for years. He is excellent! Always friendly and does great work! We have also seen Dr Mackay and Dr Parker DeMille and been really impressed each time. These guys are so patient and cute with my kids.

I Hate the Dentist! But Not this one!
Seriously, I dont think I have ever had a more gentle dentist. Im not an ideal patient. He wanted to go one way i wanted to go a different way. And he had no trouble with my bob and weave. Didnt even blink. Dr. Demille was very professional and very gentle. Both I appreciate very much. The

I have been going to this dentist practice for over 15 years. They are professional, clean, honest and super hardworking. Very skillful and willing to listen to their patients. I have seen them do a lot of charity work and go the extra mile to help patients feel comfortable and cared about.

I am really concerned looking at these reviews reason being is don’t they get that Rachael is bad for there business? Let me start by saying I really liked going to see the dentist I felt really comfortable going there, then I started having to deal with Rachel when it came to my billing, every single time I spoke with her about my bill it was a different amount. well of course I never got the real amount I just kept paying my payment plus the full amount of my insurance benefits. My first visit was consultation and I needed a bridge well I had the bridge for about 3 weeks when it broke. so I went back and the dentist said he would not charge me for it. I ended up having to deal with Rachel again and one of his assistants. They both told me that he would never not charge me for it. I was really upset I called the office and I got the dentist’s brother which help me a lot with the situation I was in. They ultimately didn’t charge me for the broken bridge. so moving forward I needed all my upper teeth done and they where suppose to be put in permanently. Well I ran out of my insurance money and I ended up getting hurt and off of work. I called and Rachel was going to send it to collections I told her that I could have payment in two weeks, and she accepted that arrangement. I called back 2 weeks later to fulfill our payment arrangements and they said that it was too late, it had already went to collections. She then places me on hold and got back on phone and said “oh no we had the wrong name.” Oh and when I made arrangements to pay she said that I couldn’t make an appt until I paid the $400 I owed so out of the two years I probably paid $3,000 out of my own pocket if not more, plus my dental benefit was $1500 each. So here I am my teeth that are not done, which is really depressing after all that Of the insurance money and all of my own money paid, my teeth are still not done. To be completely truthful, even after she told I couldn’t make an appt until I paid I was still going to go back but today changed my mind. I don’t know how they keep her there, but you are losing clients!!! and let me tell you, a lot of business is generated by word of mouth and family recommendations on reputable dentists. I am a a sorry but I would not refer anyone to this establishment!!! Not after the horrible experiences I have had. Word of advice for the owners... Get rid of Rachel, she is a toxic, negative Nancy with no manners and no customer service skills whatsoever.

I absolutely love them i have been a patient for over 10 yrs they are honest and keep you informed on what they are doing they will make a plan that will work with you and your never caught off gaurd.
I have had the pleasure of utilizing both locations.(clean,comfortable, calming, not dated).
I also have been treated by all the Dentist here there bedside unbeatable!.
The only issue i have had was i billed for a missed apt. When i actually had canceled the apt due to having to go to an endodontist.

Demille MacKay is just like any other dentist you'd visit with the exception of their mentally unsound front desk staff and incorrect/unlawful billing practices. They claimed I owed them for dental work that I never had done. I'm not someone who writes poor reviews, however, I believe this office should be reported.
I wouldn't ever recommend this office to anyone.
