This dental office is great! I have been going for a year now, and have no plans to leave. The staff is very kind and welcoming. As much as I dread going to the dentist, it definitely makes it easier when you are able to go to an office as wonderful as this one. Highly recommend!

I've been going to Dr Baugh for years and this office is the best!! He always has the best advice for my teeth and never suggests unnecessary work just to line his own pocket. I've even recommended others who have driven from Harriman and Lehi just because this office is so amazing. The staff is so friendly and helpful. My wife and son go to Dr World and love him too. There are so many great perks for coming here, but ultimately the best thing is knowing that my teeth are well cared for.

I avoid going to the dentist at all costs. But after my tooth cracked from old, shoddy dental work, I was desperate to find an emergency dentist. Not only did they stay open after closing to fix my tooth for me, but were hands down the kindest staff I’ve ever interacted with. I’ve continued to go to Pioneer Dental; they don’t judge me for being an adult baby in the chair, they are amazingly fast and efficient, they work with me and my finances, and most importantly, they make me as comfortable as humanly possible that every time I leave there I’m in a better mood. I could not recommend these hygienists, office staff or Dr. Austin enough.

First of all I would like to say that Pioneer Valley Dental, is the best office around town. We have been going to the office for years and have never had a bad experience at all. From the minute you open the door you get greeted from Bonnie, with how are you doing today, with your first name, and we will have you back in just a few minutes. The techs promptly take you back, and get started with the necessary issues at hand. Dr. Smith has always been our favorite, he is the best, our kids have never been afraid to visit the dentist, because of the kindness and the understanding that he has for them. When finished in the back, the tech walks you to the front to see Laura, she takes care of the billing and scheduling, and she always makes sure you are happy when you leave. Very highly recommended and give them five stars,, professionalism at its best.

I’ve been a patient of the “Silver Haired Wizard” for over 10 years! I’m treated with such regard, interest and care…(by Dr. World and his staff) that honestly, It’s felt like family!!
I’ve had some extensive work done as of late and the “professionalism and perfectionism” is unheralded! It has always been the case. (ie; Crowns are replaced if the color is slightly off; the “Friends and Family” discount is beyond “generous;” Follow thru after procedures is stellar and
sincere; Cost of an “additional” partial got “magically” absorbed; Extreme patience and personal concern are sympathetically expressed for the invasive procedures.
I could say waaaay more as Dr. World is a long time neighbor and friend! His generosity extends “out of the dental realm” into his daily life! Being kind, unselfish with his “means and time,” offering service to all… is just what “The Silver Haired Wizard” is all about!!

Pioneer valley dental is my favorite dental office I have ever been to. All of their staff are professional and so nice. Dr. World is my main dentist and he is amazing. He is personal and you can tell that he cares about his patients.
This is the first dentist that I have ever been to where I feel confident in their services. They know what they are taking about and they take the time to explain everything if you have any questions.
