I am usually skeptical of places with so many high ratings but I decided to give this office a try because it was close to home in a firmiliar building. The staff was extremely friendly and the exam rooms were very clean and not too cramped. The thing that put them over the top was the quality of the work done. Dr. Blackhurst does quick and excellent work. And he didn't seem to mind my questions at all. Everyone there made an effort to create a welcoming environment to keep patients long term.

I unfortunately have had to have several teeth removed over the years even though the doctor had to cut my tooth into 3 pieces to remove it he is the only one that has helped me without killing me needless to say everyone here was wonderful I do need the see a specialist next then I will return to continue my care here

Defining Moments
I felt safe coming here even with the virus. The office is so clean. They have a really fun little kids area, space themed. It was closed right now, but will be gun for the future. The hygienist we had was so sweet and considerate in her care towards me, I wish I had remembered her name, she was Hispanic and was so thorough on my teeth. Dr. Blackhurst made me feel heard and answered all my questions. I'm excited to be a long term patient here. :)

I have been going to Dr. World most of my life (30+ years) and now that my son is old enough, he goes there as well. I took him for his first visit (a cavity/filling) the other day and they were amazing with him! Even though he was a little uncomfortable, he left calling everyone his friends, giving hugs and high fives on our way out. They've totally ruined me where other dentists are concerned, because no one else m comes close to comparing. Love, love, love them and recommend them to everyone!

They always check to see if you are okay and if anything hurts, so that you will be in the most comfort possible. First and foremost! Nicolas compliments Pioneer Valley Dental' Office in a most friendly, professional way! He is ALWAYS so helpful and reassuring. Nick is well educated in accounting and all insurance matters. We have relied on Nick for years and enjoy his friendliness towards us! He is diffenately a "keeper".
