My husband needed a lot of work done and I'm so glad we found this place! Everyone has been so welcoming to us every time we come in... from the front desk to the assistants to the ladies we see on the way out for billing/future appointments... all very friendly and helpful, they never act like they're too busy for us. Dr Austen Broadbent is amazing, professional and super thorough with the work hes done... were always surprised how much work hes able to get done in only a few visits we've had with him. Never a bad visit here!

I've been going here since I was a little kid (about 20-24 years now) and I'm always greeted like family. Everyone is super nice and friendly and the place is always clean and relaxing. I can't imagine going anywhere else for the health of my teeth. They truly put you first.

Dr Baugh is a wonderful dentist and a friend. Our kids never fear a visit to the Dentist and the entire staff go out of their way to care for us. After trying out a few other dentists, we have returned and remained consistent customers for many years. We enjoy the loyalty rewards but would return regardless.

I got a cleaning from Whitney and Annelynn. Both are very gentle and efficient with the cleaning. Dr. Blackhurst is my doctor and he was very kind with excellent bedside manner! He was able to help me that same day I came with my retainer that was bothering me. I’m so glad I decided to come here! My partner brought me to Pioneer Family Dental 10 years ago. Since then, Dr. Smith and his staff have been amazing! They have eased my dental anxiety and have taken care of us like family! They are quick to fit us in for dental emergencies as well (ie. weird cancer anomalies and my fondness for chewy caramel things!) When my partner passed away last year, they graciously sent flowers and a card with love and condolences. I don't have words for how grateful I am for their support and professionalism! Thank you so much for going above and beyond! I would recommend you get in to see them for an excellent dental experience!

These guys..whoa. I'm 29 years old and recently got Invisalign for the first time. Never have I ever loved going to the dentist before. Dr. World is a silver fox wizard with the best assistants and staff a girl could ask for.
Today I finished my Invisalign and let Dr. World do the finishing touches. I AM BLOWN AWAY. Beyond. It looks like I have Veneers but these are my actual teeth! Photo on the *right is 4 hours after the procedure, so ignore the dark bits on my gums, it heals in 3ish days. I was too excited to not share!
I grew up insecure about my gums and smaller teeth, but I never have to feel that way again. It still doesn't feel real, but I truly appreciate everything they've done. 10/10 would recommend.

I came in for a cleaning today. Christy and Suzy did a wonderful job and answered my question on teeth whitening. They are personable as well as knowledgeable going above and beyond for their patients. An other amazing dental service! This time I brought my almost three year old. I was able to get his teeth polished and brushed so happy with this service every time! Ihave been going to pioneer valley dental since I was a little girl. It’s nice having a dentist you can feel comfortable and reassured by. They have a friendly staff to make you feel right at home. I have never had a problem getting in quickly for any concerns. I highly recommend.

This dental clinic is amazing! I've been a client for years and drive over 30min at rush hour to be a patient here. Dr. Broadbent and his staff are so friendly and professional. They will work with you if you have anxiety about going to the dentist and with the headphones, TV, and blanket they provide, it's easy to relax. The office staff is great too, and you get a gift card for making it to your appt. I recommend this place to everyone!

Dr. Broadbent and his staff treats me with Concern and Respect. Pioneer Valley Dental is The Greatest Dental Group I have ever met. Each and everyone of the Staff here from checking you in, to seeing the Hygienist, to seeing the Dentist and checking out at the Desk are all very pleasant and show such respect to me.
