He was OOO this week when an unexpected tooth pain came and so I was guided to Dr Blackhurst who was also amazing and took care of my issue quickly and professionally! I have started with Pioneer Valley Dental back when I had hair on my head and I'm still with them now that the Hair is all but gone. Dr. Smith is one of my friends as well as my dentist. His staff all know me by name and one of his people even has a Harley Davidson motorcycle, So you know that Pioneer Dental office is a cool place to go. If you want to feel like family and get world class service as well as great prices, This Is The Place!! please keep in mind that they work with you on payment plans and if you are retired they even offer their own in house plan.

Four years ago I was pregnant, new to Utah, and was absolutely terrified of going to the dentist. I began to have a really bad tooth ache when I was 38 weeks pregnant. I called Pioneer Valley Dental and they got me in that same day! Dr. Baugh stayed after-hours to accommodate me. He was very gentle and made me feel at ease. The procedure was comfortable and pain-free!
My dentist appointments are always together with my five and four year olds. The staff is so great with my kids. They are always able to complete a full check-up without me being in the room. My kids look forward to the "prizes" and the awesome "treats" they get after a dental check-up (ask them about their rewards program!) I always have peace of mind knowing that my family will be taken care of.

Absolutely fantastic in every way possible. The facilities are clean and inviting, with the staff always being welcoming. My wife has an extremely sensitive mouth and has had a severe fear of the dentist due to this. The staff however always do everything they can to accommodate and always do their utmost to ensure comfort. Highly recommended

We’ve been with them for 15 years and we’ve only had wonderful experiences! The team is kind, professional and very positive. This dental office and there staff are amazing!
There main focus was to get me out of pain as quickly as possible.
There office was very clean, they are taking all the proper precautions for Covid19 as well.
I will be returning here as a regular patient and adding my family.

Very kind staff. Been seeing Dr. World since I was in my late teens he's been a great dentist always very patient and willing to work with me in times that I have not had insurance. I would recommend this Dentist to anyone! He and his staff are always polite, clean and very caring. Could not ask for better care! Dr. Smith and the staff at PVD have been taking care of my teeth my whole life. I have never had any problems. I went in today with my first cavity ever. I was aprehensive about having drills in my mouth but the friendly staff made me feel at home in the dentist's chair. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

First, everyone here is super friendly and helpful. But, a couple of other things make this place FANTASTIC.
1. Their billing people (Nichols is who we've worked with) know how to work the insurance system to *your* benefit. They figure out the way to have you pay the lowest price, even if you're not covered with traditional insurance. There was a time when our family was not covered between jobs and they made things possible for us. I've never seen another medical/dental provider work so much for the patient's benefit when it comes to billing.
2. My wife has a problem with crunching through crowns. Last night she did it again. They worked her in today by noon, and it didn't cost a penny because it was covered under warranty. Warranty for a crown? Didn't know that was a thing. Again, they're looking out for their patients first.
And, although we don't know all the dentists there, we'll tell you that Dr. World is one of our favorite people on the planet. He also gives great shots -- you just don't feel anything. My kids don't have that dentist-angst that everyone from my generation does because he's so gentle and pain-free with them.
Great people, great service, well worth the drive even if you're far away.
