As always, my visit from the minute I walk in the door until I leave, is nothing but welcoming, time efficient, accommodating, and most importantly professional. Dr. Rios is the epitome of what you want from any medical professional. Most dentist would do a routine procedure and send the patient on their way, but Dr. Rios follows up with his patients to make sure everything is alright. Had our 2nd visit: Awesome experience, great service, friendly/relaxing atmosphere, and on time! The receptionist even watched my infant daughter for a bit while my husband had his appointment. Hayley the hygenist was gentle and efficient. Dr. Rios and Dr. Mina are warm and attentive. Glad I found this gem, they really do treat you like family!

It was quite by accident that I found Rios Dentistry. No one really wants to visit the dentist however; for me to merely say I am pleased with only their service would be unfair. The entire staff at Rios Dentistry have an absolute true passion for people. All patients are treated like family and not a number. I have always had a pleasant experience with each visit to Dr. Rios. Even when they first open at 7:30 in the morning, each staff member is pleasant and greets me by name with a smile. I get to work with the same dental hygienist at almost all of my visits which makes me much more comfortable as opposed to working with a random person each time I come in. My favorite part - all the staff have very non-judgmental, positive attitudes. Never once have I been criticized about my flossing or brushing habits like I have at previous dental practices. It speaks to the high level of professionalism and care that I've found at Rios dentistry. I found them on a whim with a google search and thank goodness I did because now I actually enjoy my experience at the dentist.

Transition from Dr. Repole to Rios was in a word GREAT! Dr. Mina and staff have made it just as comfortable for me as I was with Dr Repole, for 25+ years.Things changed, people, routine cleaning procedures but not the level of care and attention. Entire staff is great/friendly, they tell me things up front, kid around some, listen to my concerns, and came to a agreement to correct a problem.
Thought about changing when I first heard about the change to Rios, now I hope to get 25 more years of going to the same dentist practice.
