I was overdue for my dental cleaning due to COVID-19. As soon as they re-opened Kathy got me in right away! The waiting room is clean and prepared for social distance. The team is friendly as usual! I was able to schedule my filling that very next week as well. Great practice, doctors, and team!

...and another reason why I am transferring. Hiding under the guise of calling me "sir" while inferring that I can't tell time from my watch (referring to the poor bedside manners). From the other reviews it looks like your practice does have some back-office tightening up to do, i.e., proper invoicing. Reducing the rating to 1 star as all past positive experiences have been negated by your obtuse attitude below, however, I do apologize as you seem to be affronted by facts. Good luck in all your future endeavors tho!

Decent experience and clean facilities for the past 6 or 7yrs I've gone here. Most recently though not so much due to some bedside manner and scheduling snafus and unresponsiveness from the collective team. Was recommended to have a consult, showed up 6min late, took another 5min to get Rios' attn to see if he had the time to see me, to which the answer was no b/c apparently he had double-booked the appt anyways. Moving fwd to transfer files to an establishment to home as the drive to Ashburn is no longer worth it.
You'll also get spam regarding him/his practice pushing his band gigs.
