I had a wonderful experience with Melanie! She is competent, knowledgeable, and skillful. She talked me through everything before performing tasks and made sure I understood the process! She has a wonderful personality that makes you feel warm and welcome while in her chair! I recently had Tabbi and Connor take care of me during my last visit! They were both very friendly and welcoming! Great chairside manner and very knowledgeable and kind. Everyone has been great with each visit and I appreciate the dedication and hardwork of each teammember! Excited to come back for my visits! I also love my dentist, Dr. States! I have been coming here for years and they always take the best care of me and my teeth and gums when I visit!

Been a patient for 10 plus years of Dr. States since my Grandfather retired. Took me 10 months to book an appointment due to lack of staff and Covid. A few days before my appointment I got a call saying they needed to move my appointment time to later that afternoon 1pm. I said ok, moved things around with my work schedule. Seeing how my schedule varies from running my own business and also doing overnight home care, my sleep is very important to me. Only to be woken up by not only a call but a text that seemed urgent asking me to please call back in regards to my upcoming appointment this morning. Come to find out they again just wanted to switch my appointment time. I asked them to please not contact me anymore and I’d be there at 1 for my appointment, well I received another text at 11am. Needless to say I was very upset when I showed up. Yes, I was a bit on the unhappy side upon arrival. As I was politely greeted by my dental hygienist I asked him if he was old enough to clean my teeth.. all out of jokes of course. I will leave this here by saying I had every intention of changing my dentist until this sweet young man actually made my day. Not only was he professional and did a wonderful job at cleaning my teeth he was just a ray of sunshine in my not so sunny day. Conner I believe was his name is the only reason I will be returning and the only reason I’m giving 4 stars. This young man is the reason that you will not be loosing a client. He deserves a raise in my opinion. I would like to personally thank him for his wonderful work and outstanding customer service. I hope to see him grow and go far in his line of work. Y’all are blessed to have such an amazing employee such as he.
