After my visit with Dr States Thursday he told me I had a root fracture and the tooth needed to come out. He said I had two options, the oral surgeon’s everyone goes to in town or he has a surgeon’s there. Her name is Dr Vo. They checked and she had a cancellation that afternoon so I took it.
Dr States assured me she was good and I needed to get this done since I was going out of town in a week.
Dr Vo pulled my tooth with no problem and got the fractured root out in less than 20 minutes. I would recommend her over any of the other surgeon’s.
I’m healing fine, and very minimal discomfort. I really had no pain as I thought I might and just glad this tooth is out.
Thank you Dr Vo and your assistant, I can’t remember her name. Great work.

I recently had a crown placed at Charlottesville Dental Associates. Dr. States did a wonderful job of placing this crown on a stubborn tooth. He is so skilled, personable and professional.
Jennifer created the temporary crown and assisted throughout the procedure of the permanent crown. She was so knowledgeable, skilled and kind. What a great team!
I also want to compliment Jonathan, who is a dental hygienist. He answered dental questions for me that no one ever properly answered before. I was impressed with his skill and kindness!

My hygienist, Melanie, was fantastic. She used a new method of cleaning using water and it was great. No more scrapping. She took time to give me tips on cleaning a difficult section of my teeth. Best dental visit experience i have had in 50+ years
