Very pleasant experience. Called for new patient appointment. After I explained that I was having some issues with my tooth and experiencing pain I was scheduled the next day. After I had my X-rays the doctor came in with treatment plan and I was able to come back the following day and have my cracked fill-in repaired. They’re very detailed and even though cleaning and repairs to teeth can be a financial burden, I’ll gladly spend my money here! At least I’ll leave knowing they gave me the best care! Kudos!

I sat in pain for 3 days trying to weigh out which was worse, the extreme pain or the anxiety/panic I would have going to the dentist (stemming from a previous horrible experience years ago). I finally broke down and went today. When I tell you that my dentist fear is no longer in me, I’m being very serious. The dentist I saw has some kind of incredible demeanor that soothes any fear/anxiety you may have. I had a pretty big hole in the side of my wisdom tooth and he had to extract it. He did it so quickly that it was over before I knew it. To top that off I am not experiencing any pain/swelling whatsoever 7 hours later (and without any meds at all).
Wait time was less than 10 mins, all the staff were amazingly friendly and sanitation was top notch. This office was truly a game changer for me.

Was able to be seen today even though I was a late arrival. Much to my surprise they were able to fit my appointment in as scheduled. Services and professionalism of admin staff, technicians, and doctors remained exemplary. CWD is #1.

Definitely had a case of High Anxiety today. Was scheduled for a couple of fillings that had been identified as potentially problematic. Never been a huge fan of drills or needles so I was geared up for what I imagined would be a next level pain and suffering experience. However, my fears and anxiousness never came to fruition thanks to the dedication and expertise of the staff at Commonwealth Dentistry of Colonial Heights. Standing ovation and curtain calls for your entire staff. 5-stars.

This was my first time at this office and I must say everyone was very nice and professional. From checking in to checking out. The hygiene specialist, the hygienist and the dentist was very thorough and explained in detail was happening. They were very knowledgeable, well trained in there field of expertise and you can tell that they loved there careers. I am extremely pleased with the service and attentiveness I received!
