I accompanied my mom today for a first time visit. Customer service was excellent. There was no long wait. Everything was explained prior to the visit and even after the visit. My mom received several notifications about the schedule appointment. I would receive your dentistry to other persons who may be looking for a new dentist.

The water jet cleaning is an awful experience. The suction is not placed correctly or used frequently enough. My gag reflex is triggered repeatedly. Water dripped, sprayed, pooled and leaked all over me.
And now I will be dreading the next appt for a crown. Maybe enough water will be provided to clear all the tooth shards from my mouth. But the last inadequately hydrated grinding and crown left me spitting up painfully sharp tooth shards for 2 days, so my expections are extremely low for the next appt.
July 2022 update: my concerns were taken seriously & dentist and hygienist worked to reassure me and treated me well. All my questions were answered. Crown procedure was handled very professionally and carefully. Numbing worked. No pain. No near drowning. No tooth shards left behind. We’ll done.

Really appreciated my hygenist Rena's sweet spirit. I have a very low tolerance for pain, and those "little pinches" to Dr. Yesbeck were anything but "little" to me. Rena was so comforting. She is amazing. I have always been blessed with the greatest hygenists with Commonwealth Dentistry. I have been Dr Beltrami's patient for probably 20 years. This time I needed to see the Periodontist, Dr. Yesbeck. I was a little apprehensive seeing someone else. I will say Dr. Yesbeck was very thorough, pleasant and answered all my questions. Can't decide if he is somewhat heavy handed or I am just used to Dr. Beltrami's gentleness. Thank God, the right side is done.... he will do the leftside in a few months.

Whenever I have gone to my appointments the staff has always been nice, and attentive. I’ve been fortunate to work with Dental Hygienists who seem to enjoy their work.
The staff has shown themselves to be flexible in their scheduling as well, and show a willingness to accommodate when and where they can. They have also shown themselves to be more than willing to seek answers from insurance companies when possible.
I would recommend them without hesitation.
