Exceptional Smiles Family Dentistry

Dr. Eye pulled 3 teeth for a plate he is going to make for me. I liked the office after my first visit. Very clean and professional. I liked it so much I told my wife about coming here. I feel like it is easy to talk to the doctor and the assistants care about you. Everyone is helpful and cares. I heard good things about this practice and that is why I come.

Dr. Eye was younger than I excepted but none the less he is a very competent doctor. He is witty making us laugh easily and is very personable. He spent enough time with me just like my old dentist had. I could tell my daughter enjoyed her visit as well. We ran a little late but they accomodated us at the front desk. I enjoyed the charm of the office and kindness of the staff.

The community should be aware of this shady and dishonest dentistry. The following things below have forced me to write this review. STAY AWAY from this dentistry. Several years ago I was almost scammed into spending thousands on filling "cavities". I was told by Dr Eye that I had five cavities. I got a second opinion from my family dentist only to find I had NO cavities whatsoever. The weird thing was that right after my appointment with Dr Eye they cornered me into a room asking me to write them a five star review...shady! A friend had work done here and they billed him at full price when they stated it would all be covered by insurance. He had to fight this billed over and over before it was resolved.

I have been a patient of Dr Eye’s for several years now and I am very pleased to have such a wonderful caring dentist. I am always welcomed with a happy smile and by the friendly staff when I go for my dental visits. My husband, son, mother and parents’ in-law all see Dr. Eye. I would recommend Dr Eye to any one that is looking for a new dentist.

I change my daughter dentist looking for a respectful and professional place and I found it at Exceptional Similes. The dentist and staff are very attentive and ready for help you. I also change mine. 😊

The Eyes are great doctors and provide the best care in town. My children and I are always in good hands every visit with such an outstanding staff. They always remember your name and make the visit comfortable. I have had great experiences at this office and have refered three people from work.

I absolutely adore Exceptional Smiles Family Dentistry. I have not been fond of trips to the dentist but from the time I walk in to the time I leave I am treated like the most important patient. The fact is ES values all of their patients. The care and appreciation is truely felt at this practice. I give them an A+.

Took care of my teeth. Sometimes feel as if they’re rushing to get patients done as quickly as possible. Took weeks to resolve a dispute with my bill, and tried to charge me extra for services even though all of my services are completely covered by my insurance. Will not likely be returning due to dishonesty and unprofessional behavior.

This office is sharp and lives up to the reviews online. I took my daughter for her first visit and I felt like the whole office went out of their to make it special. She was able to get a toy prize and the doctor even showed her how to bush her teeth on a stuffed toy bear with exaggerated teeth. Over all I am very impressed with Exceptional Smiles that I made myself an appointment.

The doctors are very easy to get along with and the staff is very friendly. I had a tooth pulled and it was painless like I did not feel the needle. They took their time and explained everything to me so I was not scared. I want to make this my doctor.
