Biased Perspective
I took our children here when his dad was still around and we LOVED his dad. Very kind and respectful. When we went and saw the son, he was rude, impatient, and treated us as if we were stupid. Prior to arriving for our appointment, I explained that my daughter had x-rays that were taken elsewhere and she needed cavities addressed but we did not need a cleaning. The receptionist stated that was fine and I sent over the x-rays prior to our appointment. The dentist (the son) was in his office with his feet up on the desk relaxing at 4:30pm. When my daughter sat in the chair and they were going to start a cleaning I informed her that we were not there for a cleaning but for cavities. She went to get the son and he was clearly upset by the situation. He refused to look at the x-rays that were sent over and instead kept asking "which ones did they say had a cavity?" After being rude (and I mean really rude) he stated that there were no cavities that he could see by poking around until I insisted that she had five cavities. He finally stated, "Oh, here is one." But he followed that up by saying he could not work on her cavities because he didn't "feel comfortable" working on my child (who is 11) and recommended I take her to a pediatric dentist. In the end, it seemed like he was done with his day and didn't want to be bothered by someone who did not need a basic cleaning (even though I was very clear on the phone prior to our appointment). Like I said, his dad was really kind to my family and HAD treated both of my kids in such a way that they enjoyed coming here. NEVER AGAIN will we go here (and please be aware of reviews here because if you look closely, they come in bunches (e.g., many reviews on one day) which suggests that they might be influenced by the business).

my exprience at Exceptional Smiles dentistry was excellent. The staff were very helpfull and set me at ease as i had many concerns about my bleeding gums and how many teeth i could keep. i would highly recommend this dentist to all my friends. very professional staff. ES customer service was the best i have seen so far.

All of my treatment has gone well with Dr. Eye and that is why I come to see him. He cares enough to get it right. I had some jaw pain that was fixed by a night guard that Dr. Eye made me use. I never thought that aweful clicking would go away but it has.

I like this practice and Dr. Eye because they are not high pressure salesman like the last doctor I went to. What makes this place different is they listen to you and educate you how to take better care of your teeth not just take your money. I trust this dentist.

The place is very neat and clean. I came for fillings one time and they brought me into a room with a waterfall in front of me and it was very soothing to listen to that while getting my fillings done. Staff is quite friendly and did well explaining any questions i had.

Was my 2nd visit after Dr.Eye sent be in august to have molars removed was nice and wanted to know I was doing and what he thought we should do next girls was nice to I wasn't nervous like I usually was in a dentist office glad I found him I am in good hands

I would never ever go back to this dentist even is it was just for a cleaning. This dentist told me without taking any exrays of any sort that "I was in danger" and referred me to Legacy surgury. Had me panicking on a Thursday evening to find someone to pull what teeth I need pulled. Keep in mind the place he referred me to couldn't even see me until Monday!!! But thankfully I was able to find someone to tale care of them on a Saturday.
Regardless of the problem, what ever it is you should never tell a patient they are in danger and send them in a panic. Then he tells me to call his office in about a month LOL that's a good one. Never reccomend him to anyone
