I have been going to Progressive Dental for nearly 20 years. I have had great experiences all around. The entire staff is very friendly Dr. Ball has done great work and is awesome specifically in terms of pain management during procedures like Crowns. The front office staff has been great and over the years has been very helpful with with benefits determinations and help choosing between dental plans and working with Orthodontists for my kids braces. The hygienists I have had have all been very friendly and very good as well.

Front office staff, dental hygienists and Dr. Ball himself- all exude such warmth! They are welcoming and positive and genuinely make dental appointments enjoyable! (Which I know is a hard thing for some!) I never feel rushed through an appointment and know the team takes great care and pays attention to detail. I appreciate the phone calls and appointment reminders, too! Thank you Progressive Dental for creating such a warm and positive atmosphere for dental care!

I have been going to Dr. Ball since he began his practice at Progressive Dental. And since my husband's former dentist retired, he has also been going to Dr. Ball. I cannot say enough about what a wonderful dentist Dr. Ball is, and the amazing staff he has. I would highly recommend Dr. Ball to anyone who is looking for a new dentist. My husband and I are extremely satisfied with his services and would give him and his entire staff 6 out of 5 stars!

Dr. Ball and all of the ladies are absolutely amazing and so kind. My kids enjoyed their first dental visit. They took the time to explain everything to my kids and during my cleaning and procedures. The office is extremely clean and it is in a nice area. Thank you Dr. Ball and all of the ladies!!

My name is Mark Perlstein. I visited Dr. Ball's office on 11/15/22. The place was very clean, all the employees were polite. The dental assistant took x rays, pictures & checked my gums calling out numbers to another person. She explained that they wanted to do a super duper deep cleaning & that I needed to make another appointment. I said no thank you just clean my teeth normally. She brought Dr. Ball in to speak with me. He explained that in 10-15 years I may have gum problems. I once again declined and asked to have a normal cleaning. He said he would be happy to send my x rays to my next Dentist & would not clean my teeth at this appointment. I paid $260.00 & left without having my teeth cleaned. Two trips to the dentist to have an examination & cleaning is one more than I have ever needed in 64 years of going to the dentist! If I was still working, I would have had to leave work twice! I absolutely believe all employed at Progressive Dental are qualified professionals, but be prepared for a two tripper.

I neglected my smile for a long time due to financial reasons, as well as a fear of dentists. When I was ready to take the scary step I chose Progressive Dental just off google reviews and I have never regretted the decision. Every time I walk in, I am treated as family. The wonderful staff has helped me take a complete 180 with my smile without an ounce of judgement. Dr. Ball expertly filled 10+ cavities over the course of 3 visits and the dental hygienist, Darian, has taken care to calmly but thoroughly clean the teeth. And the front desk is always there at the end to leave you with a smile on your face! I recommend Progressive Dental to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming dentist office.

I was calling different offices to get an estimate of the cost of a cleaning without insurance. They would not tell me how much an existing patient fee would be. I know that I would have to pay the new patient fees first and acknowledged that, but how am I supposed to pick a dentist if they won't tell me the price moving forward. When I asked again for the fee if I were to come back, the receptionist was extremely rude and hung up on me. Would never recommend going to a healthcare provider who treats potential patients like this and who cannot be upfront and honest about costs.
Edit: Correct, I am not a patient. I was a prospective patient calling around to get price estimates as I said in the review. I have not confused this office with any other office. I spoke to someone from this location. I will not be removing the review.

BY FAR ONE OF THE BEST DENTISTS IVE EVER VISITED , I’ve unfortunately had a ton of dental issues and gone through a number of dentists for various reasons. I’m happy to say I’ve finally find a new home. This office , the staff, Dr Ball, his team…. EVERYONE was absolutely amazing. I’m a hard guy to please and if I could give 100 stars I WOULD!!!
