This clinic is phenomenal. I chose Progressive as a new patient after not finding a dentist I liked in the Mechanicsville area, and I'm so glad I did! They are very thorough and their staff is friendly and organized. I highly recommend the hygienist Sydney, she is great at what she does! I will be a lifelong patient for sure.

I moved to the Mechanicsville area and found Dr. Ball and his wonderful group of staff. They are the sweetest, kindest, personable, nonjudgmental office I've met. I love this place. I never feel judged and I always feel comfortable. Heather does an amazing job helping me keep up with my dental hygiene and answering any and all questions I have. Heather is also so friendly and caring, it makes going to the dentist something I can look forward to instead of something I dread like I used to. Dr. Ball is also very nice and does a great job, super gentle! Having a bad dentist and dental hygienist led me to avoid regular visits in the past, but not anymore! Front office staff is incredibly friendly too, so I have an outstanding visit from start to end :)

Good Dentist but the communication is bad. I believe before you go to the dentist you should know what you are going to pay before you get there so the patient is not confused. I had 2 visits that I was told that my insurance was not covered which should have been told to me after the first visit and then was told the 3rd visit was covered and then I come to the dentist and it was not fully covered and made an excuse that they did not know until I came in.They did not take any responsibility for the miscommunication they blamed me and wanted me to pay the bill or they will send it to collections. I have been there for 3 years and that is how they treat their loyal clients. I am sorry I am finding another dentist that treat their clients the right way.

She never disappoints when it comes to my cleanings and I always leave with my teeth feeling 10x better than when I went in.
