My family and I have been going to Dr. Herod's Dental practice for over 40 years. Prior to Dr Herrod joining the practice, I saw Dr. Williams who retired last year. The staff are all wonderful and very professional and show a genuine care and concern for their patients. Dr Herod is a very personable and knowledgeable dentist. I met Dr. Herrod while he was filling in at my regular dentist office. He was so thorough and recommended a couple of procedures that my regular dentist never mentioned. I felt so informed and told him that I was impressed and mentioned that he would have his own practice one day. Lo and behold, I found out that that he was leaving to go into his own practice. I told him that I wanted him to perform the work he suggested and would be following him to his new practice. He’s kind, knowledgeable, and I was so pleased with my results. Wait times on the day of your appointment is close to zero!The level of care is wonderful. They always remind you of an appointment, you always receive a follow up call from your Dr. following any procedure. Any procedure is explained in detail to insure that a patient is both informed and comfortable. The staff is caring and professional. Highly recommend them to anyone.
