Excellent dental office for yourself and your family. I’ve had the privilege of receiving dental treatment from the Yeagers for years. I was their client in the Lynchburg area and was very excited to reconnect when we both relocated to the Richmond area. All the staff members are friendly and personable! I honestly don’t think I would find a better dental office in the area. The staff is unbeatable! They schedule you quickly, they answer all your questions, and make the dreadful dental experience very positive.

After many years with another large Dental practice, I followed Katie to Inspired Smiles many months ago. After being welcomed by Jessica and Tinnley, I went through a detailed cleaning with Katie and Dr. Yeager. They listened to my concerns and answered my oral care questions. I am convinced that the quality of care and attention I received was excellent. I will be referring family and friends to Inspired Smiles in the future.

This is a new provider for me and so far the skill and knowledge have been far superior to my former experiences. Dr. Kaiser and staff are also friendly and caring which helps with every visit. I have high hopes for a long lasting and comfortable dental device.

The work that Dr. Dan and Vicky Yeager do is absolutely beautiful and top notch dentistry. I know from experience of previously working with both doctors, and their caring personalities go such a long way with patient care. Would highly recommend if you are in the Richmond area or if you are interested in cosmetic dentistry they are absolutely worth the drive!

Called and asked to see dentist three weeks before scheduled appointment. They worked me in the next day. Got questions answered. Great job!

This was my first visit to this practice and I couldn’t be more pleased!

A family friend recommended this practice after years of hearing me complain about my old practice. My old practice never made me felt welcomed and just seemed to get me in and out as quickly as possible without much care about me or how the cleanings. Dr. Vicky and team are so very different in the best way possible!

I was immediately greeted by Jessica at the front desk. She was so welcoming and remembered my son and wife from their initial visit. She made me feel so comfortable for my first visit. On my way out, she was prompt to schedule my follow up and ensure my expectations were met. She was a home run.

Danielle, my hygienist, was engaging and a wonderful conversationalist. She made my cleaning enjoyable by providing a gentle touch. I was worried it would be too aggressive but she made sure I was comfortable by not pushing too hard on some sensitive spots. She provided helpful education of how keep my dental hygiene up until my next cleaning. I certainly hope I have her again in 6 months!

To top off my visit, Dr. Vicky was just out of this world with her personality, which is warm and inviting. She thoroughly examined my teeth after Danielles excellent cleaning, so it felt reassuring I had such outstanding oversight on my dental health. Dr. Vicky carefully explained the issues that might arise from this cleaning to the next, how to best handle them, and gave me great confidence in how to approach any issues that may come up. Her knowledge and education seemed so advanced compared to my old practice, it was like I was experiencing the future of dentistry.

I couldn’t be more pleased from my first step of making the appointment on the phone to when I left by meeting Dr. Daniel (Dr. Vicky’s husband). Like Vicky, he made me important and valued.

This experience reminded me of the care of my dentist when I was a kid, which is something I’ve been searching for in adulthood. Their attention to detail, their ability to make me feel welcomed and cared for was second to none.

Very nice, I felt my concerns and expectations were more than meet. The entire staff seemed as if they truly liked working there. The atmosphere was relaxed and I didn’t feel rushed or left to wait alone. The Doctor explained everything well and set my mind at ease.

This practice always makes me feel welcome. They are professional, run on time and not only are the dentists terrific, but the staff is top-notch too.

I was apprehensive about having major dental work (extractions) and an appliance installed. The staff.... from the moment I walked in for an assessment to the time the work was performed were warm, professional and caring. I cannot recommend them enough to anyone. No material what your needs are they provide. Great experience!!!@

Best dentist Ive ever been to. Very professional. Detailed explanations of what is being done and options for what treatments are offered. Never had to wait past my appointment time.
