The office staff is not friendly or professional. They do not explain balance billing, e.g., they give you an "amount" which you think is the balance and then bill the insurance, but do not explain that beforehand they haven't requested authorization or even sent any codes to see what the insurance will or will not approve/pay. This is something that should be disclosed before agreeing to any procedures. In the end you are left with a larger bill than expected or realized (in the fine print). Also, they are constantly calling to r/s appointments due to hygienist shortages. They care more about the bottom line and are willing to lose a lifelong patient over their staffs negligence.
