The actual dentist has been a fine experience - when I am able to actually get to the dentist chair. The front desk and scheduling needs major improvement. Both my wife and I have waited over an hour for scheduled appointments (separate trips) and have now needed 3 re-schedules for my family in less than 4 months. Front desk is very disappointing.
